    Im seriously considering tool steel lifters. They never wear out. Can be used over and over again. They only make them in a solid configuration

    Same here,..hell if a regular set are $200 you're only paying 400 extra,..thats negligible imo

    What is the stock Buick lifter seat height?

    Nothing available in the Buick cup height so pushrods will be required

    Buick seat height 2.05”
    Chevy 1.88
    What are the tool steel ones? They look deep

    My suggestion is deal with Mike Jones,..he has forgotten more than any individual on camshaft/valve train,...when he gives his opinion,...ALL the gurus listen,.. nobody questions him,..best thing is,..HE ANSWERS THE PHONE,...RETURNS EMAILS PROMPTLY,...AND WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTION YOU HAVE,...same with Bullet

    New bullet cam installed and degreed. Final assembly tomorrow and dyno Monday.

    My 72 has a Scott Brown cam was happy with and my 70 GSX engine has a Bullet cam.

    Solid numbers, set that bad boy to shift at 5k and hang on to your hat. Glad everything held up for you.

    Those are good numbers. Looks like the air/fuel was lean. I think it would have done even better with a different intake and an 850 Holley Double Pumper.

    Thanks Larry. I agree. Now I have to figure how to get it in the car. Engine is in Delaware, car is in Florida.
