Rick, I truly feel for you. We should will is if we all keep and eye out for ANY GS, cause some people will repaint, or worse part out, :ball: So if worse comes to worse watch for parts, or VIN changeovers. I'll keep an eye out for the trailer and car, and if i come across the theifs. There gonna see a WHOLE NEW WORLD when i knock their face sideways.:blast:
If I was lucky enough to find it for you, I would never take the first penny of the reward money. Guess that's why I will never be on the Forbes list.
In the old West, horse stealing was a Hanging Offense:af: Well, when you steal a man's car, isn't that the same thing?o No: I once heard that there is a law in Texas that says, if you see someone stealing your car, you have the right to shoot them. Anyone know if that's true? I like that law:laugh:
I think they have to be on your property.. if you see them stealing, and you dont think youll ever get it back, you can shoot them dead and say they were a threat to you family or something like that. I was unaware of this law until a real Texan told me about it last weekend! :3gears: :blast:
That would not be the standard in most states and would not support a plea of self defense. (I do not want to debate the merits. I just do not want someone to rely on that advice and get themselves in a spot)
what about posting this on the ebay motors bb on ebay ? thats one more place to get the word out. any ebay member can do it. thought i would see what the car owner thought before i did it. any thoughts on this ? henry
I've been wondering if you couldn't buy a denver boot for a trailer, if they're around for sale. Another thing is how much one of those Lojack satellite locator devices cost, and whether it's worth putting it on some of our more valuable cars, such as this one is. It sure would be great to be able to track where the car is and set up a police raid on whoever the villians are.
The Buick meet at E-town is only weeks away, hopefully the morons who stole everything will show up trying to sell parts. Unbeknownst to them, they will be tied to my bumper for a full 1/4 mile pass instead:af: I'm local to you, and my gf lives in E.Brunswick so I'll keep an eye out. Might be a good idea to stop by "Ask Frank First" in S. River and see if anyone has been trying to trade in Buick parts.
Hey Dad..sorry about what happen i hope you get your car back were gonna find your car and the @$$h0le$ who took it are gonna pay theyre gonna get it bad i cant wait to get your car back and i hope its the same
almost all of Monroe knows about this..and in sure towns around monroe do too...well almost the whole world knows bout this..so the f@gs who took it arent gona get away with this
I wish the laws would change and that when they find who stole these cars and trucks that they would turn the f(*)&k nuts over to the victom. Guaranteed justice would be served.
