    I'm in NJ as well...

Hey Willie... where are you in NJ? I ask because I live less than 10 miles from Camden and I was worried that whoever did this may do it again. For what its worth, my brother-in-law is a cop in Haddon Twp., NJ which borders parts of Camden.

Perhaps I could send him some details of your 'case' and he could help out somehow?

Good luck. I hope your insurance will take care of the car.

Willie, I have a GS hood that you can have for nothing. It needs some body work, but I was saving it for a future project because it was repairable (not bent in half, I promise.. :beer ). I'm just outside of Trenton, NJ.
I figure you could use a little good Karma...... :TU:

If you still need some stuff let us know.

I hear you on this one it is too bad that some people have to steal to make a living or just do it for fun. I hope you get your car back in one piece.
I have had problems with theives a bit myself since I have had two sets of 22"wheels stolen off of my 02 chevy pickup, and they even let the truck down on the brake discs and drums, how nice of them, oh yeah and they even left my locking lugs next to the car, and all of them had a smaller socket pounded on to them to get them off. At least I know locking lugs dont mean as much as I had origanally thought.

    just found

    Willie

I was digging out my snow tires for my wife's van and I found my complete set of front drums bakes, baking plates bolts, lines, etc. They were off my '70 before I switched to Wildwood brakes They are yours if you want them. The drums are aluminum.

Also have a stock TH400 long tail that works but most likely will need a rebuild. Yours if you need a core to start off with.

Regards from England Willie. The wankers who did this need to go drag racing, ideally behind a twelve second car. Is that a scrap yard it's in, and do the owners know who brought it in, or was it salvaged off a street? People tend to break cars on their own turf, so wherever it was found the crooks not far away.
Good luck with the rebuild, and I hope all goes well for you,

Most likely a Police impound lot. Not quite as bad as the scrapyard. Close, but not quite as bad
