    Alert! Stolen 1971 GS Convertible!

    **STOLEN 1971 GS CONVERTIBLE & 26 BOX TRAILER**

    CASH REWARD
    $3,000

    On August 5, 2004 while I was away on vacation, someone arrived at my home in Monroe, Township, NJ, around 3 am and pushed my SUV out of the way to gain access to my 26 box trailer which was loaded with my tools and worst of all my 1971 GS 455 convertible, which is all steel fully streetable, red with a white top and white interior. She runs in the high tens. I was all loaded up for Salem next week.

    These sc%mbags hooked up the trailer and dragged it across my front yard and made off with everything! I am offering a $3,000 cash reward for the return of them and there may be a nice cash bonus if you can lead me to WHO was behind this.

    * 1971 Gran Sport, VIN# 444671H193467, NJ plate # GTH66R
    Red with white top and white interior - perfect condition

    * 2002 Hallmark Edge Two 26 enclosed trailer, VIN # 16HGB26202P026418
    White with a large crease on passenger side rear above wheel to rear tail.
    NJ plate # T31T7K

    Willie is in route back home from Virginia, ( a friend notified him while he was away) he asked to get this post up ASAP. I will be searching my files and pictures to post one. I am pretty sure I have a shot of his car.

    I think he might have omitted by typo a "1" before the "H".

    That is one sweet looking ride too, it's sad that some clowns would steal something that nice:(

    Your right on that shot. Here is another shot taken at the Cecil County Buick meet this past Oct 2003. What a perfect street sleeper. All steel body full interior with just the addition of a roll bar and he ran in the high 10's, all buick power. I still stand to be corrected that this is the fastest street legal GS convertible in the country. I say "is" because I still hold onto to the hope that this car can be found.

    I sincerely hope that Willie gets his stuff back. He's a great guy and a long time member of the Northeast GS/GN Club. I also sincerely hope that the thieves die a horrible, painful death. The sooner the better. If I thought I could get away with it, I'd do the deed myself and I'd sleep like a baby that night.

    That is total garbage! Have you posted this on any other boards? Turbobuick and realoldspower, for example. i say let's plaster this all over the 'net and hope someone can come up with it. That totally sucks!

    I hope the thief is reading this cause God himself etched "Thou shalt not steal" on a stone tablet. You may think you scored big, but you are fixin' to lose for eternity. Its not to late to do the right thing. Return what is not yours!!!!!!!!!

    thats absolutely horrible, it's exactly what we wanted our 71 to be able to do before we got into the turbo car. Ive always admired his car and it always ends up as the back ground whenever i see this picture
