That is totally awful, and what a nice car, it's got to be somebody the knew what Willie was up to and out of town! I worry every day about my 'stuff" just but insurance on the trailer last week finally, but with the Mike Wowk ordeals 2 yrs in a row, it really worries me, especially! Hopefully it will turn up safe and sound, I find it hard to believe with all the Buick people on here that we can't find out who the culprits are and let Doug have at them, all he has to do is sit on them for a few moments and that will tell the story! :blast: :blast: :blast: :blast:

What is the world coming to?? I sure hope the thieves are caught and you get your car back in the great condition it was when they took it. Was insurance on the car and trailer?

Willie, same kind of Sh*t happened to me with a house robbery.
The SOBs went straight to the safe, took it and closed the house up like nothing happened. Inside job, they knew I was going to be out all day.

Start with the people who knew you were away.........friends, relatives, neighbors, people at work. Question everyone and don't back down.

Start a search with some friends, contact the police Aviation Unit and the News Helicoptor Services, you can't hide something that big. Canvas the Body shops, Repair shops and the Buick guys in your area..............SOMEBODY KNOWS SOMETHING !!!!!!!!!!!!

This is when you wish you had LO-JAC helpin' you out. This don't smell rite, has to be someone you know. This Sh*t makes me CRAZY..........GOOD LUCK WILLIE, DON"T GIVE UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. .........I HOPE YOU GET TO THEM BEFORE THE POLICE DO !!!!!!!

unfortunately , the initial target was probably the trailer .your residence was probably cased . the thieves got a bonus with the car being inside . chances are the car will be parted out for big $$$ . keep an eye on ebay & local swap meets .

Man,, That Sucks!! I've known Willie for quite awhile, He's a stand-up Guy. He's helped me out more than once at the track and I've watched him progress with that car to get it where it is today.
    I still can't believe it:Dou:
I only hope he will somehow get it back, and they catch the bastards who took it.:af: :af:

    Rick,

That VIN still isn't correct for a GS. Should be 43467. The number posted is for a Skylark Custom. Not trying to be picky, just want to make sure his car can be properly indentified.:TU:

    upped reward

assuming there is a stolen car report filed with the local police, in the event that this car is returned to the owner, i am adding $100.00 to the reward fund for the safe return of this car. $200.00 if it results in the arrest and conviction of the theif. its not much, but if others are willing to match my offer, it could add up to alot.

i know bb members dont need a reward to do the right thing here, but i never hurts to offer it. if we all do this whenever a car gets stolen, maybe it will help. few things irk me more than auto theft. this is everyones worst nightmare. :af:

reward now stands at $3100.00 possibly $3200.00

i hope you get the car back soon. henry

I posted this over at MOPARTS.COM in hopes mabey one of the members over there may put an eyeball on your car or trailer. Like Roberta said I have lost 3 trailers in the last 5 years and 2 of them in the last 2 years. It's to the point that you no longer want to have anything nice. Any theive should be SHOT! I did get my van back, But there is still a 2000 Featherlite 24' in the Dallas Fort Worth area missing that I would like back. So if anybody see's a real good deal on one of these with mabey a missing VIN plate buy with caution. Local trailer dealer in Dallas says all they do is pop off the VIN PLATE and register it as a home made trailer. Good luck finding your stuff. Hopefully the idiots don't realize the Buick community is so small and tight knit and they try to sell some parts to somebody who reads this thread here or on another site.

    I am a peaceful fellow.

That said, I hope whoever the pussbucket is who stole this stuff is beaten half to death with a pillow case filled with brass doorknobs, and then is shoved into a swimming pool full of lemon juice and razor blades.

My eyes will stay peeled for the car/trailer/parts, for whatever that's worth. If I find the guy who stole it, I may need some character witnesses during my trial.

got my stereo stolen today, but in comparison, I'd have it stolen every day and not worry about it.

Those kind of people are a real drag on society.

With a car like that, I guess we can rule out OVERHAULIN'.
