I have no idea what I said so ignore that part. Timing was off as you will hear when starting but you will get the idea. Sounds pretty good.....

MT Super Scavenger headers, Walker #17749 mufflers & 2 1/2" (min.) Torque Tech exhaust pipes + Big Block Buick = Pure music to my ears! No better sound! And a nice, lumpy cam makes it even better!

I'm definitely into quiet; the Electra has a nice set of duals on it that are nice and quiet, the Wildcat was quiet but then someone replaced the stock single with a set of cheap duals and it sounds raw. Good, yes, but raw. Over a long trip it would probably be too loud. It is a convertible after all.

Depends on your definition of "loud". Up till recently I had my "temporary" exhaust on which was bullet mufflers attached straight to the TA super comp headers and little (~8") turndowns. Everybody thought it was cool (and it kinda was), but a short blast down the highway was unbearable, and even moderate acceleration would ring your ears! I just put on magnaflows with pipes out the back, and at cruising its very quiet, but under WOT starting at about 3k it really barks! I mean the first time I did it, I thought the mufflers fell off. Never heard one go from that quiet to that loud.

Everyone's definition of loud is different. I like deep rumble, low spectrum burble. I loved my MT's on the Stage 1 with the 3". Loved the scavenging when shifting the four speed.

Hate the straight pipe, SLP loudmouth raspy sound so many love these days.

People tell me the Riv is loud but inside I can carry on conversation or listen to the radio with no problems.

Here's a short clip of my 70. Working on some fuel issues and traction. lol. I love the way it sounds but it a little loud on long cruises. Torque tech 3.5" x-pipe kit to Dynomax ultraflo welded round mufflers with turndowns.

Prefer mellow sound. I guess I don't have that personality defect that requires that I have to have attention from others by driving a loud car. I guess what I'm saying is that I don't have a small manhood.

A simple yes or no would be cool. Nobody wants to hear about your insecurities.
