Georgia get real, you were only a few votes away from becoming New York south. Get ready. Most people don’t give a crap if they confiscate.

Living in New England may as well be New York. We can’t go anywhere without driving through the once Empire State. The three Northern New England States have great constitutional carry laws. The three Southern NE States are restrictive but not as bad as NY. Still they are all surrounded by NY. Drive through if you have to. Don’t stop to eat or take a leak. Don’t speed just keep going.

As a resident of a conservative, pro business, pro gun rights, low tax state, it really makes me upset when prople who live in states 180* opposed to that move here because our taxes are low and then try to vote us away from it.

How do you think I feel being a Constitutional conservative living in a state like NY? My God given Constitution rights are crushed yet an illegal immigrant has more legal rights here than I do and I'm paying for them to go to college for free.
I don't blame any of you who would be suspect of anyone from NY that moved to your state but please realize some of us are doing it in order to defect from totalitarian rule and vote the same as you do. Sadly when we do it here it has no affect on our own personal wellbeing because the free stuff army has us outnumbered.

Sig P229. This one is just a .22 but with a slide and barrel change it can be a 9mm, .356 or .40. I'm looking for a 9mm conversion kit for it.
I bought it used and it was very well oiled..... it's still oozing with oil every time I take it out of the case.
The .22 is nice since I can shoot it in my backyard, but it's like having a GS with a 4 banger in it!

There are so many cool guns out there... I'd like to add some modern classics to the collection like a Beretta 92 and CZ 75 compact, and of course I'm lusting for the high-end Sigs but they are very pricey.

You are profiled because that is what defensive folks do. We see NY plates, attitude, etc, you'all get tossed in the pot with all the do-badders, if you will. Show some patriotism, show some pride, and you will have an alliance that can't be beat. Nh has always been a conservative state, but as of late, many liberals from mass/ct/ri/ny/vt, even ohio, have moved up here because they love it so much, but are trying to make NH the same as what they moved away from, pushing their anti gun anti freedom agenda. Figure that one out.

Looks nice Sean, how long before you get a "can" for that?

I've wanted one of these little Beretta 84s for a LONG time but were not willing to pay the price they wanted for new. AIM Surplus got a shipment of police trade in's and they hooked me up with a particularly nice example. The design is a bit dated but they are such a good looking pistol to my eye and 14 rounds of .380 is not to be sneezed at. :)

There's one sitting at AIM with my name on it as we speak actually. Paid for, all paperwork submitted, tax stamp check cashed, just waiting on the BATF to issue the stamp. With wait times what they are it's looking like sometime around July.

Steve, don’t forget who is teaching the youngens up there. They grow up and vote. Vermont still defies logic. Not sure how they have constitutional carry up there? Makes no sense?

There are colonies for us ex communicated Masshole's and New Yorker's. I live in one and it is called Florida. Perfect it is not, bugs, heat, crazies, and lots of relocator's trying to change the state to something that they say that they are trying to flee...

But I will take it over the alternative, oh, and a S&W 9M Shield for everyday carry is my choice.

I hope to soon follow you down there soon. As far as the Shield goes I have one but if you have any kind of arthritis ore other hand issues that slide is a bitch. I can still manage it but tough for a woman or even a big Mechanic friend who sold his because of his arthritis.

Well, that has NOT been my experience with this model gun.....i just bought 500 rounds of quality Federal ball ammo.
I will run them thru the new gun and report the results....that fluff and buff thread you threw up is what running 500 rounds thru a gun does...too many people put their lives in the hands of a new gun that has not been properly "broke in".............

As far as accuracy.....REALLY?.....it has essentially no sights other than a very small notch and blade...the top of the slide is like 4inches long....i can shoot with deadly accuracy from 15-20 feet with that gun....no laser......
The gun is as accurate as you can shoot.....

It is an excellent "pocket gun" option.....pulls easily from a front pocket, very light....no profile in your pocket....

For reasons unknown, I have a sudden desire for an early 70's Belgian Browning Hi-Power. Seems they've become a little pricey.... Why are all my hobbies expensive?
