Love that toggle switch mounted in the center of a Buick emblem on the steering column support. Only a Buick freak would do something like that!:TU:

I am thrilled that you were able to re-unite your father with this very unique car. We had looked at this car when it was in Holland, Michigan before it was restored. I would be happy to share the pictures of what the car looked like 8 or 9 years ago if you would like to see them.

My wife hasn't figured that out yet:laugh: Last "vacation" was trailering out to BPG for the last event in Salem. I haven't bought/sold any cars the last 2 years so there hasn't been any "vacations" for that either...

I had a conversation with Coney Island Ralph a while back. From what I remember, one of the wives of one of the dealers was French. I believe she suggested the name. My memory is a little foggy. Im sure John can clarify the details a little better when he's back.

    Almost true.

The owner of Mid-County Buick was married to a french canadian named Suzette and she was one hot-tempered woman,I think she accidently shot him once...it was her that coined that name.

I took a few pictures yesterday before the rains came but tuckered out and fell asleep before I could post them...will hopefully get them up tonight for you guys.
