    I don't know how you'd tell by the photo, but Lee's car was restored to better than new, and I would think it unusual for a restoration of that caliber to saddle it with a repro hood.

    Well I hope I stand corrected. To me the front end looks so perfectly square it doesn't look factory. A little bit too perfect but maybe it is just me again. I can go with what you say about it being an original Olds hood if you know better. Beautiful car didn't mean any jab at it. Let me figure out my paypal and I will get that payment right over. So what is the story with that car? One of my favorite colors on that year.

    i tried all kinds of tricks to get the OAI hood to line up with the fenders on my old w-31

    i just gave up
