Easy trip just bring a few strong legged friends if you have issues. Seriously though you've brought that car a long ways forward in short order Great job.
We Love that wheel and tire combo bro, also love the fact that you did an inside out ball peen hammer repair to the driver side front fender. I’ll be happy to purchase the entire thing when the GS nationals are over with.
With n25 tips reduced,..gonna be blatty,..but it's gotta be period correct or none of this makes sense ha
Finally caught up on this thread, Very Cool! Almost makes the Beater look like the Prom Queen. Make sure the damn cigarette lighter and glove box light works. These "roadkill" guys never get the details.
Looks to me like a '72 rear bumper w/'71 bumper guards. We'll be deducting points for that one, lol. Keep at it. You got this I think. Now that's motivation right there. Just bring a come-a-long. Worst case go rent u-haul pickup/tow dolly or truck/trailer.
You should bring the beater. You & Ethan could could start a trend. It could even become a show class.
The bumper Is a 71 with the 72 emblem,...it looks original too,...I like it actually always thought the 71 bumper was too plain
Cant swing it this year. Looks like 840 miles for me. Maybe next year, or a more local venue for a "shoot out"
They are too plain & that does look really good actually. I guess Buick figured that out too & went back to the bumper plate in '72 instead of the little "By Buick" trunk emb. in '71.
