Rest in paradise big Ronnie. He was a mans man I could tell. Not scared to tell you how it was. We should be more like him.
So sorry to hear about this. Always enjoyed reading his posts. I’m glad I got to meet and talk with him at the picnics.
My cousins and I met Ron a couple years ago after he got his Vette and brought it to BG. Gary owned 9 vettes, and in spite of the weather and the end of the event, Ron stayed and chatted for a good bit with Gary. Saw him again this past year and made an effort to stop and say "Hi". To those who were good friends, my condolences to your loss. May his name(s) and memory, always be for a blessing.
Sorry to hear this about Moon. Seems like there's been way too much of this lately. Praying for comfort, strength and peace for friends and family. R.I.P.
Guys, we are getting older, some of us fatter, and age definitely takes its toll on ALL OF US... We must remain diligent in compassion with Love and Kindness towards our friendships and be ready for these kind of postings. We do not know when our time is up and God calls us to His home. I did not have the pleasure or otherwise knowing the late/great Mr MOON, but my thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and family. Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Condolences to the Family and Friends. I never met Ron but enjoyed his posts. I was kinda shocked at seeing this thread as I just reading Ron's posts from yesterday.
From the day I got back into the Buick scene last fall, I heard many a story about Ron from the NE guys. Finally met him @ Cecil...his reputation was well deserved, quite the character who you couldn't help but like. My condolences to his many close friends and family. Steve
Never met him, but want to give my condolences to friends and family during this especially difficult time.
I was looking for that picture! When I first started lurking around here he was still using his many identities. Being new, I had no idea. Haha. I think "buckwheat" was my favorite. Also Larry, dont forget his alter ego we met (at Cecil I think?) when he brought his wife with him. That gentleman became known as "Ronald" and he was very well behaved. Haha. I still can't believe he's gone, the world is a little less funny/less entertaining place without him around.
I had to look up his avatar to remember who he was The 3 cars nose to nose yes reminded me to who he was and his postings. Like Jim said he posted yesterday and was last seen at 7:52 PM yesterday. Just wow Wish I had met this man..
