Marco, It looks like I will be. I was going to sign up after I talked with the wife and all. She seems to be up for it, so it would be 4 total with kids. Let me know what may be needed that is not covered yet. Thanks, Mike
Soda for the June meet in N.J. I would like to help out with the buick meet . I will coming down in my 72 GS 455 4speed and can't wait meet the tri sheild owners . I work for Coca Cola and can help in that department so if Marco gets this message he can e-mail me on our needs , Thanks IDOXLR8 :beer
Re: Soda for the June meet in N.J. Interesting, as I just added you name above. BTW - what is your first name?
HMMMMMM IDOXLR8, Coca Cola... If I bring a trailor, can you fill it up for me? LOL We sure go through enough Diet Coke in our house, for sure. That sounds great and I am sure Marco could use that kind of help. I will definately be glad to meet as many Buick owners as I can. Hopefully weather will be very co-operative with us. I am sure it will be a great time. Mike
Coke no Pepsi Mike do me a favor , give me a idea of our needs and I'll get it done as long as it is Coca Cola products . IDOXLR8 :beer
:Smarty: For the Coke no pepsi Actually Marco will be the one to get an answer on that. I was joking about for my house. These NY prices are killing me, especially the nonsense with deposits on cans. Heck, I should look into getting a fountain set, I only need 1 spout for Diet Coke. Mike
We drink mostly pepsi products here... but Vanilla Coke is awesome  I can handle either or, though.
Hi George - I've been updating the first post with names of who is coming and what they are bringing. You could look through the list of needs and pick something. If you see something needed for the picnic, and it is not listed, volunteer to bring it and I'll add it :TU:
Add another 2 to the list... I think all the people coming from the North are planning a caravan. Are GN/ T-Type folks rolling out? If so, I think I will be adding a few other people to the list. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
Marco, Am going to try and come down. Maybe myself and 2 others (daugher and wife) depends on who is around. Will call or email to see what I can bring. Hoping for dry and warm weather (still waiting..... ) Hope you have a good turnout, Mark
Mark, you are pretty close to me. We need to try and get together sometime. There is 3 up in Albany, and we are going to try to set up a day at the track up that way some time. Would you be interested? Mike
Mike, Noticed a few more members in the area lately. One in Saugerties and another near Lake George. If you haven't already, you may want to contact John Csordas. He is a VERY good friend of mine and runs the NE GS/GN club. We just had our annual meeting on 3/30 and will be planning events thru the year. His member name on this board is Skyhawk, or you can PM me and I can give you his phone #. We used to have a meet at Lebanon Valley in the May/June time frame. Englishtown is the main one on Labor Day we plan now. You can contact me and we can talk. PM me here or email at dcm422@aol.com Mark
Hi George - I hope you can make it. All Buick enthusiasts welcome! I also hope the weather cooperates with us. I'm trying to update the first post with 'who is bringing what'. That should give us all a good idea of what is needed.
Southern caravan? Wow, just re-reading the first post as Marco updates it...am I the only person coming from the south? C'mon guys...let's have some fun!
north bound Paul I'm coming from Hampstead MD. The first long trip for my 72 GS 455 stage 1 4 speed one of 101 plus 1 . AL IDOXLR8:laugh:
Anyone else going North? I would love to set up a meeting place along I-95 or something so that we can all caravan to Homdel...Let's try to work something out.
Re: Anyone else going North? Well, not to hog it again guys, but the Newtown/Yardley exit on I95 just before crossing into NJ has ample parking lot space where we met last year to go south to Duanes. Hampton Inn is right there. I'm game for meeting in the AM. Just let me know what time you'll be tooling by and I'll meet you.
1 THING WE DEFFINETLY NEED Ok guy's...the food list is going awsome, and I appreciate everyone's generosity, but 1 thing we are going to really need....HUGE COOLERS!!!!:eek2: I don't know about you guy's, but I like to keep my drinks and food on ice  . I hope that someone here has a few coolers to bring along with them, filled with ice so we can enjoy the day without getting sick  . - Oh BTW took 15 to 18 hours to get my motor, trans, and rear swapped into my new car...pics will be following up shortly (a BIG thanks goes to Jake (jake g's 350), Pete, & Dave for helping). The new car is a peach compared to mine, and it will look like a GS shortly for the picnic :TU: . Larry
Coke no Pepsi Larry check with Marco at employee sales I can only buy 10 cases at a time . AL IDOXLR8 :beer
