Great list you have there! I listen to probably 90% of the bands you have listed, plus I like a lot of 80's/90's New Wave, Alternative, Punk, Grunge, etc. The three stations I listen to most on Sirius are First Wave, Lithium & Ozzy's Boneyard. I haven't been to a lot of concerts but I have seen Ted Nugent twice, Ozzy twice, Kiss four times, Mother's Finest once, David Lee Roth once of the ones you mentioned. I know I substituted Ozzy for BS and DLR for Van Halen.
Now with my crappy hearing, concerts are pretty much out for me...

My cousin actually bought the album, I remember thinking " the music sucks, the members suck, the lyrics are dumb "
Then you'd hear it played at a bar or club, and everyone would get all excited YYYYY M CCCCCC AAAAAAA:mad:
It was like falling off your bike and the palms of your hand getting sidewalk rash.

I'm old enough to remember when tastes wee switching from big band (which I still like) to rock and roll. I liked a lot of the early stuff, especially what has come to be known as do wop. I liked Chuck Berry, Clarence "Frogman Henry, and the Platters. Later I was an Elvis fan as well as Buddy Holley, and even later folk rock. I still have the first six albums that The Kingston Treo recorded. I'm not a big Beatles fan although I do like certain of their recordings. I enjoyed Janis Joplin - it's too bad that she killed herself with booze and drugs as young as she did. She didn't leave a very large body of work. I like a lot more, but you folk probably aren't all that interested in Frank Sinatra, Dean, Tony Bennett etc. I also was a Bobby Darrin fan, and not just for Mack The Knife.

First mention of Blondie. She was a great performer and even if her music isn't your cup of tea, one has to admit, she was way ahead of her time. However, her vocals were lacking, no doubt.

  14. Doo Wop

Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

WAP by Cardi B is about the worst song???? ever. Makes you wonder how and why "Baby, It's Cold Outside" was banned.
