just outside the Garage door just picked this up 3 weeks ago collecting parts for it now but it runs and drives no problem needs that 70 hard to find back bumper, found the front bumper Painekiller had that this is gonna be another fun one or may pass it on just can't seem to get this body going anymore and thats not the cars body thats mine. :laugh:
I kinda liked the driving lights! Just think of the bulbs you could stuff behind that grille...... Tim
heres my 71 skylark 4 door. fun car to drive around in. nice and comfy. just cuz its in primer dont mean its junk lol. beats the hell out of what it used to look like! the last motor pic looks like its orange but its covered with 2 months worth of dust. got the headers on tho! lol woo hoo. i stole the seats out of a vw bus, no clue what the seats were originally in but they are heck of a lot lighter and more comfy than the bench seat i had! new carpet to! pretty much done with interior. paid $35 at an auction for it, 2 days later with a gallon of gas and a new battery it started right up! updated to hei, new main and rod bearings " just for incase" rebuilt the 4bbl q-jet. now im looking into rebuilding my other 8.5 10 bolt with 3.42 gears and a posi. My garage has been a storage place for furnature. Unfortunately, the GS has been outside and since it isn't running, there's been no motivation to get it into the garage... I also seem to lack the time to get it running. I've seen more of the inside of a hospital than I had since June of last year
