    Arrrrgh !

Well one of those "quick fix" projects I had to do before I could get back the the Benz or the GS just kicked me right in the N**S ! My 91 LeSabre Coupe needed rear brakes and struts pretty bad, so I figured I would take a few days and give the ol girl some love......then I noticed the undercoat was slightly lifted......... :Dou:

Next thing I know I am looking at the backside of the REAR SEAT !!!! :spank:

Theres goes a few more weeks until I can even LOOK at the GS again.... :boring:

I hate living in the friggin "Rust Belt ".and I'm fighting this insane cold/flu thing.......you guys just think of poor ol me when you get to work on that stuff you "want" to work on :(

Intake gaskets to try and stop the leak that drips down the line between the head and the block in the back, driver's side.

After Atco in 2 weeks the engine/trans come out for rear main, head gaskets, timing cover gasket, header gasket and rear trans seal.

    3shields Let's go, MOUNTAINEERS!!!

    Baby needed new shoes.....

I installed some new tires......They look small compared to the BFG's I had on it. Some clean up and re-detailing some areas. Some adjustments made and went thru the whole car tightening up bolts which have mysteriously worked themselves loose over the last four years.......thats about it.

Yeah the TA is an 02 I purchased new. WS6 package/Hurst 6 Speed. It's the 1st and only Pontiac I've ever owned. (had over 20 Buicks so far) I don't drive it much, it's only clocked 1,600 miles on it so far. I call it my "401K on wheels". Pretty much just sits in the shop.

    Thanks for looking!

Just out of curiousity, did you take my advice on the order?

Just think, now you can run over a cigarette and tell what brand it is!

This project began as a paint job. I guess it must be some sort of sickness. :Brow:

Very Nice! I had a 97 WS6 Formula 6 speed, loved that car. Really liked the clean lines of the Formula (turned out only 472 were built as well) but when the LS1 came out I sold the 97 and was going to buy an SS Camaro...but then I changed jobs, moved to a new city, bought a house and discovered a GS convertible rotting away in a field...

Never did get my LS1!! Got some great launch vids of the 97 though...

In the pic, no way can a guy miss the side "sweep" of that curve...only one car has that...
