You and others may think they are ugly, but I do get many compliments on mine.

Well... yea. Yours is the cool musclecar-looking Boattail I was talking about. The aftermarket wheels with blackwall tires... absence of body side mouldings... When done right, these things look downright tough!:TU: I hope I didn't offend:pray:

No offense. Several cars have been mentioned on here that I don't think are that ugly. I like the 68/69 Skylarks too. Someone mentioned all 80's Mustangs and I always liked them. If everyone liked the same things, this world would be boring.

    X2s to Pooods.

You have to respect the time and money someone puts into a vehicle no matter if you like it or not.

  6. Heres my award winner. When I was a kid my aunt Helen drove one of these bombs and my Mother and I were frequent passengers . When I heard she was getting rid of it ... I cheered . Until I found out she was giving it to my brother. Luckily he didnt keep it long ... he hated it too.

  11. I have a buddy who wants one of them real bad . He in fact found one at a local U pullit ... in great shape. The yard wont sell it to him . Maybe they are trying to make the roads of America look better.

Of course this is the same friend who owns one of these.

I had a Pacer and a Yugo! I didn't drive the pacer, i just threw rocks at it, but I can still say I owned it. The Yugo I put some miles on and had good luck with it. That car cost me $135.00 with 60K on it. Wish i still had it!

Ahem. I suppose that you and I have diametrically opposing viewpoints here.:puzzled:  What you don't like..........I happen to really like.

    It's all good though.:TU:

As for my choice for the butt ugliest POS to ever hit the roads.....the Citroen 2CV.:puzzled: :eek2:

My sister once owned a Pinto, which I beat on mercilessly at every opportunity. A buddy of mine bought a new Gremlin in 1977, it wasn't all that bad of a car.

Dad bought a new Valiant wagon way back in '61, what a pile of junk.:af: It was Christine well before the movie made it's debut, as one day it almost killed him by falling off a jack.
