Are there any interested SunCoupe owners who would like to stage a reunion for our unique open roof Buicks? I know there are several recently completed or nearing completion that may be up for such an event. Buick Raceday at Norwalk OH said we are welcome and could have our own show class and I'll bet BPG or the GS Nationals would also like to have us at those events. If I can get 10 cars minimum to commit I will coordinate with the powers that be to make it happen. Respond to this post with the car you would bring and your show preference. Lets see if we can make it happen in 2013!

I will be in for Norwalk I just need to make sure I can get vacation those days so I'll need the dates if they have been published . Well, I guess it's a possibility. Problem is it would be two days up and two days back........ and I don't have a trailer, so I'd be driving the car. uzzled: Will just have to see how many sign up and see where we end up doing it, before I make a decision.

Put me down for a maybe at either BPG or BG I have said we need something like this to few other Suncoupe owners and I am sure they will chime in soon. Remember it is only a Skylark and not a GS.

Now would be neet to have it a BPG nationals as MCR usually does a feature on it and may get some magizine time for the suncoupes. Maybe I'll try again for the poor one sitting about 60 miles from here. Still have the name and address of a family member of the owner. Tim
Time to get motivated Steve. I am game for one. I just don't know which one I will make exactly. I plan to be at BG, but do not know what or if I will bring a car next year. I was thinking of driving my T there. Maybe it would be a great chance to hit the Norwalk event, April is easier than the heat of August. But if it is something that we can get MCR to give some publicity, then that can change up the atmosphere ! I think I may have brought this up at BG to you and believe I have talked to Michael Evans also. We need to bring our cars out together. I went to Turkey Rod Run some 5 or 6 years ago with my Suncoupe and had a great time. I parked next to a buddy from my home town and he told me that I was not alowed to walk around anymore, as he was tired of answerring questions about my car. People are very impressed with them. I had a gentleman approach me about my car and told me about a clock he has at home. On each of the 12 hour marks, he has a rare car emblem instead of the number. He has Suncoupe at like 5 O'clock position. When he has company over, he challenges them to guess as many emblems as they can. He will have 3, 4, 5 and maybe 6 or 7 at a time guessed. He then proceeded to tell me that nobody has ever known what the Suncoupe was. He was very impressed to see one of our cars and talked my ears off for quite a while. A very proud moment for me...
