On the Intake, I just cut and ground off everything that wasn't needed, then proceeded to grind it fairly smooth. I then sent it out to get it JetHot coated. The valve covers were machined with some custom touches and then coated the same. It's way easier than keeping up with a poilished finish!!

At the time I liked the look of a flat hood. And it seems to support a 10 second car alright.
