The F1R I purchased is not reverse rotation. I will be mounting it on the passenger side. I have found a good number of aluminum AC delete brackets. I will be having the most forward groove of the pulley for AC machined off and adding the 12 rib portion. I will then line up the blower pulley with the crank pulley keeping the tensioner low so not to obstruct the alternator. I will probably be using 1/4 steel plate. I will then have a brace at the end of the mounting bracket and bolt it to the cylinder head to minimize any flexing during boost. Sound good enough? I am not trying to stir up ****, I just don't understand why people don't return questions in a timely manner. If I tell someone I will have a bracket done in one week, then it will be done in one week. A man's word is everything. I have nothing personal against Mike, but I would like to see some progress. I will put up all the pictures of my install which will be occuring the week of 9/9/02. I won't charge for the specs of the brackets either. Isn't this site for helping each other out, not to make a quick buck off someone. We are supposed to kick the **** out of all non-Buicks and that is what I intend to do.

    Stg1Regal Yep Traction Issues!:)

    Thanks Alan
    Awsome pics
they do give a visual impact, don't they...
The 177 B&M (the small blower) was in a truck that did mid 12`s at 110 or something like that..
    Can you say sleeper?

Still like to know has any one done this to Regal and if was EFI and was a practical set up?

Yes please share your info on your design when its ready..
My thoughts were close to yours when I was thinking of wasy to mount a PRO CHARGER, if my memmory serves me correctly they have a ProCharger of some sort that mount directly to a A6 old style A/C compressor mounting brackets ( the one that the 70`s a body had, the long style compressor).
I figured use that mount and form a single plate to secure it more sturdy and run a single belt directly from the hub crank pulley on the A/C drive to the ProCharger also on a single rib belt.
    Dunno:Do No:
In theroy it should work.... seemed to a realativly(sp) easy install.

Geeeze Guy.....lighten up !! Alan was just sharing some neat pictures of something you and he share an interest in

As for Tweedy.....at least he didnt take money up front to cover start-up costs !!

I bet he works a 9-5 (or more) like the rest of us and is doing this in "spare time".....what ever that is

[wench voice] I'm sorry, we have no cooked meat today![/wench voice]

I don't think I've ever seen a centrifigal supercharger on a Buick, but it sounds like just a matter of time and there will be a few running around.

I'm pretty sure there's none running around. If they were, we wouldn't be facing the bracket delima we're facing now. Once Mike get's the brackets done, it will only be a matter of time. I'll post some of mine for sure once it's complete :TU:

    Photos please?

I'm new to this site, and lovin'every minute of it. I'm sorting my 68 GS350 out now, and I'm wonderring-is there a photo page I'm missing, here? I'd love to see more of everyone's cars. I'm considerring a color change and I see some great cars on the replies, but they're not big enough to see much.
Alan-nice looking car, gotta see more.
    Blownsmobile-Wow, what's left to say?
If there's an owner's gallery I'm missing, please give me directions! I need a GS fix. Thanks.:jd:

gelcoat, thanks fot the comment, I dont get much good feedback on it. I went for the minimalist look with it. function over form, minimal chrome, mosty just paint and a few aluminmum pieces on it. was going for go and not show.
