Is that just a steel roof? Is it ok to spray insulation directly on the inside of the roof with no air gap? I would think that you would need an air gap and then use ridge and soffit vents.
I put this down on my large garage floor. Works awesome. https://www.amazon.com/M-D-Building...=B001JDCUSM&psc=1&refRID=DW7EHCD6CAXN2ZWYP2BZ
My builder/contractor has built many metal shop buildings and used the same process/plans for each and has very satisfied customer along with the shop he built for himself. He also builds homes, I which this house was built by him, he takes pride in doing it right and makes sure everything is correct. Builds as if he was building it for himself. Use 10 gallons of white to paint the ceiling. He will put up plywood walls and stain them Saturday and have insulated garage door done also.
Interior walls done 3 coats of gloss white latex indoor outdoor paint with maybe a tan belt line before ya move in! ws
I like to use the BEAR brand paint and stain from Home Depot for those projects. The finish is a step above most others in my opinion. Keith
I did mine with rustoleum gloss white. I can clean it with compressed air. A gallon is like 15.00 for 400 sq. feet. Ya gotta do the math LOL.... Bill
Easy to slide through the wardrobe LOL... Just hafta make sure the maid doesnt get "made" hahaha... She likes doing floors! ws
Don't let her start hanging her clothes out there! The next thing you know, that will be the new "she shed".
That IS part of her wardrobe. Her and Tex pulled the pop up into the she-shed and lived here for about 6 months. No Mas, NoMas... ws
Installed the garage door yesterday along with the opener. Guys are here now finishing the wiring and tying into the house panel
Thursday night after work (clock out at 9) I power washed the shop floor. Sunday morning I painted the floor with Rustoleum Epoxy paint and added the flakes. It took four kits
Some tips for those that choose to use Rustoleum Epoxy paint, check that the burst line between the pouches is intact. I had two bags that had leaked into each other, one I used the other was ruined, had to make a run to Home Depot to get a replacement. The color matched well but the flakes where different so I used the flakes from the ruined kit. Get a separate roller cover 3/8” nap for each kit. Get a separate roller pan insert for each kit. If it is above 85 deg. get help throwing on the flakes and trimming the edges. Fast and steady. Make sure all the kits are the same and the flakes are consistent with each other.
