Well I got approval from Donna AKA (my wife) to continue this event. Also I have a mission now to build a car, ok so it is for her she likes the following cars:

David Newtons GN and GS, John Schmidts Opel (who doesn't like that car)

I told here I could find an opel locally but I said I do not have room for the 78 skylark. She said I do not want to get rid of the 78. What is a guy too do :Brow: although I have no space now. Now I have my wife in my cookie jar

By the way DEE, My wife wants to meet you at the next event.

Here is a picture of my wife and daughter after they stole john schmidts golf cart.

Edit: My Daughter wants a golf cart!

Missed the bash due to moving this year but it sure looked like an awesome time. I love that track! Looks like they closed an old country road and threw some bleachers up. How cool. Anyways, if there is a 2004 repeat come hell or high water we'll be there. Should even actually have a Buick to bring by then.

    Take care yall

I970GS455 For the love of Buicks...

Well, the mind is already spinning with ideas with the car for the next event. Hoping to talk with David Atkinson regarding his combination. I want 12s.....big time. Going aluminum Stage 1 heads, trashing the hypos and going forged. I tell ya....Mind is a turnin'. :Brow: It will roll next season.... Oh yes....It will.... I went to the event looking like this:confused: Came home like this:laugh: . Want to keep in touch with everyone ! Hey Phil, since you already have only a million different things going, whats the chance of some cool t-shirts being made to commemorate this past occasion.? Do we know someone if everyone pre-paid for something like this, or is this a bad idea?:Do No:

Wayne If we can raise the amount of people who attend I feel this could be a possibility however we have to get this event a bit stronger before any big deals are done this includes Tee shirts. I feel we can pool our resources. but this require $ and I want this event to be low buck in order for everyone to attend.
Maybe David newton or one of the dallas guys could give us an idea what cost on tee shirts will run I personnally do not know. This is defenitly a great suggestion wayne

    Phil,

Is this a "hint" ????? If so................I have your heads and am working on a few little things to go together. I will catch you online one of these days, you just start finding swap parts.......

Looks like yall had a blast, wish I coulda been there but just wasn't meant to be. Who was the fastest there ? Other than Johns opel of course, lol. I wish I had the chance, I would like to launch that thing once, lmao. Wouldn't need a full pass. I have a feeling that a launch would be enough :eek2: . One day though I will have something that COOL !!!

Maybe next year I could "arrange" a family trip to the inlaws :Brow: ........................

    later.......................
