im doing it! nitrous

i ordered a nitrous express 1002 kit for my car. it should be here thursday or friday. im curious. will there be fittings to hook the nitrous fuel lines up. tyler northcutt and mark will be at the track to help me tune. cant wait to fly!

What type of fuel pump will you be using? Make sure you have an adequate fuel system to feed the nos.
I believe some hoses and fittings are not included.

 

running holley blue 8 gal fuel cell 8an push lok hose 6 psi all the time. going to start with 28 deg timing colder plugs and 104 or 110 octane.. im excited mark. i wanna go fast!

 

Lonnie... where are you located are you going to attending Buick vs. Ford this year?

 

im about 40 miles west of weatherford. and im getting ready for that event. ready to kick some butt. going to go friday night sat morning and night.

comes with a flip switch and wot switch but no purge. cant afford one right now. after this weekend its coming off. last race im making this year. i hope everything goes well. dont shoot me but i dont have a f.p cutoff either. im going to collect the parts this winter to do it right and safe on a new shortblock. and hopefully alum heads.

First, I yanked the tree out and beat him over the head with it ... then put about 12 car lengths on him

 

hell ya. hopefully i can tear up some fords. i did docs dual plane mod today. ready for the nitrous plate. going to us an open spacer under the plate. taking the next 2 days off to check everything over and change oil.

 

nitrous didnt come in in time.dont get me started on that though 1.76 12.87 at 103.3 whoo hoo im in the 12s! didnt get many passes. tylers out there trapping 126ish.

im excited for next year. i dont think ill be able to make anymore races this year. thanks though. i guess the nitrous didnt come in for a reason maybe i would have broke something. the only thing ive ever broke is my stupid door handle.. whats funny is dukes of hazzarding it in the staging lanes. :beer

 

oh ya. i beat my ford i raced!! a 2011 5.0 mustang. i love dusting expensive rich people cars :beer
