Yep....because one side uses the term "conspiracy believers" on the other side to prove they are right and make them feel good about what they have done to themselves...the end results of all that is happening now will prove one side or the other is right...or maybe neither....but that time is off in the future.
In my mind no one can claim they are "right" right now....time will tell.

Larry I read the 2 links nothing new, same thing people have been yelling at me for months. From the John Hopkins article "Spoiler alert: Klein is a big vaccine fan". ya think.
How much money does John Hopkins receive from the NIH? Or the Gates foundation? What Bloomberg is associated with this hospital/teaching center? A few simple questions that will certainly be an issue for some. Not a conspiracy so don't even go down that road.
Many in my family are in medicine and many of them think this is exaggerated for certain reasons. Others are all the way the other way, to the edge of not living. Unless hiding in your house is living.

Thoughts on the control group issue:

5his was probably a double-blind test: no one-- i.e. neither the recipients or the people running the test -- knew who was getting what until testing was over.

The people involved were thus willing to volunteer for a vaccine with unknown effectiveness or side effects. That means they were VERY willing to get vaccinated, eh?

So once the vax was approved, get what -- the majority went out and got it. Not a great surprise, but a pain for researchers.

The anti-vaxxers would have not gone out and gotten it, obviously, but they also would never have volunteered for a vax trial.

So basically -- the fact that the people in the control group eventually went and got vaxxed is inconvenient but pretty meaningless.

 

The only right answer I’ve read… this thread doesn’t reflect well on any of us. Let’s get back to helping each other.

This is in my opinion the most communication we have had on this subject without obvious anger. To me that is a big step towards getting past this

i havent yet for that reason i just dont want anyone to get upset.

 

My brother currently has tested positive for covid. He had been vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. His symptoms have been mild so far and have been cold or allergy like. His doctor did recommend he receive antibody treatment since he is in a higher risk catagory with weight, age & diabetes. He received the antibody treatment and so far he has not been any worse other than he has lost his since of smell. He said he can’t smell gas, starting fluid, bacon you name it nothing….
