Thanks for the info. I will not see the rag top till tomorrow afternoon but I do have the vin 464676c108871 was it made in Canada as well?o No:
Very Nice! I've seen them on Lincolns and Cadillacs. But only in pictures on other makes. Absolutely!! :TU:
I'm speechless. Thats one heck of a find. Congratulations:beer Now what are you going to do with them? Power vents on the 66. Has to be pretty rare. Can't say I've ever seen or heard of them on a 66 for that matter but I'm not a Wildcat person.
Yesterday I topped up all the fluids and got the hard top moving! Stopping is out of the question! The master and lines are all shot. I put the car in gear and found the bad trany line! I need to replace the line and wash the engine bay again. The rag top is going to be here around lunch time so I have to make room for it. I think I will be making one out of the two so if any body needs parts let Me know. The frame is shot in the hard top but the body is ruff on the rag. I will post pic later.:TU: :3gears: :TU:
I think u should really try to save that ragtop! I've got a pretty decent deck lid and some other stuff if you need anything, let me know.
It's home!!!!!! and in better shape than I thought! The rag is good I just need to have My buddy fix the rear window. The frame and floor are shot in the hard top. I will strip it out this week and start listing parts for those interested. I will put the nail head in the rag so the 430 is up for grabs. It is fresh I think and runs like a top. My friends on this site get first dibs on the parts I don't need. I will post as I go.:beers2:
Too bad the vert is so rough:ball: Funny you only cleaned half the windshield!!!  p Keep those licence plates!!:TU: Nice find,at least your doing something with them besides letting them rot more:beer :beer
Where are the #s on the 430?? I can't seem to see them any where.I think it ia out of a RIV as it has an electric fuel pump in the trunk. It runs real sweet but I think the nail head is more suited to the car.:beer
I would want it with a nailhead. But, then; it's not my money, nor is it my time. It'll be fun to watch. Whichever you go with!
I once owned a '64 Cadillac Fleetwood that had 8 power windows, 4doors, 2 front vents and 2 rear vents. The best part about it was that they all worked.
