    COUNT ME IN!!!!

Thanks guy's!!! Been looking for a little extra help and I think I found it here. Quit 3 day's ago and was doing great until today, had a arguement with the old lady and went out and bought a pack:Dou: Smoked 3,but then I said to myself "what the hell are you thinking!!!",then I crushed the pack and tossed them in the trash with lighter. That was 12 hrs ago and I'm feeling good since then. I'm using the patch and hard candy, and the urges are getting easier each hour. Without the blowout I probably wouldn't have slipped, but 3 in 3 days is better than 30!! Let's make it stick guy's:TU: .......Alan

Congrats to all of you that have quit smoking:beer
My father smoked for 40 years and quit 10 years ago. I have been chewing for almost 20 years and finally quit 10 days ago, I had been trying to quit for the last year and never made it more than a few days, sometimes alot less. More money for the buick:grin: This thread inspired me to give it one more try and I plan on making it this time, Thanks guys

when my mom quit (about 6 months ago) she quit coffee at the same time too...big mistake she had major headaches for about 3 days...the worst of her life she said, turns out coffee and cigarettes are vein restrictors and when she quit both at once it turned on her cardovascular system fullblast.

You guys should be really proud of yourself for quitting...it will be nice to have that extra money lying around too 1 bad GS

    GOOD LUCK!!!

when i think of all the money ive blown on cigarettes over the years it makes me sick! youd be surprised how fast the money adds up when you save it instead of spending it on smokes. by the time the gs nationals rolls around ill have a nice hunk of change to spend on my gsx!
