Please keep in mind that I'll consider a partial trade for something that "trips my trigger", what ever that may be. I guess I wouldn't know what that is until I see it, so if you have something that you're thinking about selling and would like the "X" race car let me know........ you never know what might catch my eye.

Great looking car! What does ot weigh?

 

Right at #3000 lbs. It could go a little under 3K with a little more prep, (like remove the second battery, second seat, etc.), But I like it this way for convenience.

The car should be back together within a month. Near that time I'm going to post it on Racejunk and see what happens.

Just a bump before the BPG event. The car is back together but I haven't fired it up yet. Either weather has been crappy or no time. SOON!!

I'm planning on bringing it to Norwalk, so if anyone is slightly interested start thinking of options. I'll sell it as a roller ($25K) or sell the engine ($15) separate, or consider partial trades for the right car, truck or item.

Every time I work on this car I think I'm crazy for selling it, but all things change and I must move forward!

I'll also be selling the TA Tomahawk block at a slight discount.

I think I just might send Jason Cook some dough and have him buy my tickets. He seems to have a lot of luck. :laugh:

 

Don't do it. He'd end up finding a loose ticket in the parking lot while getting yours and winning the jackpot.

 

Just a quick note;

Since I don't have time to properly list this car and to deal with potential buyers, I've listed the car with a broker. He will be taking care of listing the car and dealing with all potential buyers, etc.

I've also come to the conclusion that we'll be re-evaluating the asking price, now that it's going to be listed everywhere. Not sure of the final price just yet, but it will be higher than the "V8Buick" and "BPG" good guy price of $40K.

Just thought everyone that was interested should know. Thanks for all the positive posts and PM's.
