LOL Beth! Your right, I have no business having such a drab clock on my wall.
I intend to do something about it.... but haven't got around to it yet. I quit doing clocks a while ago because it became too much work and I needed a break. I still have a pile of blank clocks left over. I'll definately get one made this winter. :TU:

.... but what models do you see? Must be because of the crappy picture. I don't think I have ny models out there.

Bill.... let me know about the banner. That would be sweet!

    Bruce ... :spank: :pp :beer

John ... I'd love to hear how the "in floor" heat works, even thought it's too late for me. Maybe I'll do that in my "addition" in a few years. :Brow:

The porch was also used to create more storage space. The storage area is about 8' x 24'. The previous owner didn't even have plywood up there though. I insulated it, put a plywood floor in, and then coated it with more styrofoam. Here's a pic from a couple months ago of it.
It's a great storage area. I don't think I could even fit a beer can up there right now. I put all kinds of crap up there just to get it out of the way while I was working.
    :beer

Oh sure............ you could have humored me for a little while longer  .
BTW I keep forgetting to say..... I thought I wanted a pole building like Bruce's but I want one like yours now, I think it's the porch that tips it in for me.
    I need to move.

    Beth

Wow John, that's going to be SWEET! :TU:

    Please excuse my ignorance, but.....
What happens when the concrete shifts in a few years?
I assume the concrete cuts will be planned ahead of time so that a tube isn't right near a cut?

    3shields Let's go, MOUNTAINEERS!!!

    Tube heating....

Your garage is looking great!! Our new shop, 36' x 80' has radiant tube heating in the floor. Once we got the boiler adjusted the way we want, the shop stays 68 deg. f. It is awsome, no fan blowing, no noise, no cold concrete.... everything in the shop stays warm. We were lucky enough to have a fresh water well on the property we built on, in fact, the well head is in our utility room. Free water, free sewage, and all we have to pay for is gas and electric. We also put in a complete office and a full bathroom with a shower. We plan on spending pretty much all winter in there.

    John
