    My first trip to BG was in 1991 and I remember a lot of these cars.

    Is this Ed Balling's 4 speed convert?

    The red Stage 1 car (bottom left) was formerly the Daddy's Toy F/SA out of Jacksonville FL. Mike Nussell is behind the wheel in your 1991 BG picture...probably running quick 16. That car is now located here in TN. Same car is in my Avatar.

    The center photo shows a bamboo cream 70 stg 1 with a buckskin top. Thats belong to my son tony who was 18 at the time , We had just finished painting the car and adding all new emblems , headlight doors, tail lght lens, "BUICK" rear bumper plate NOS FRONT bumper , etc. Its still in his garage needing a facelift! OH all #'s match including engine trans carb dist!!POST #76

    The car in my avatar became the white car/black top car in post #107!

    That was the year we won fastest GS driven to the nationals. We drove 540 miles one way and I think our best ET was 11.96 versus Dave Senderhauf in the finals. Imagine tuning your car with a time slip like these;
