I made the appointment, I was on hold forever....

I went to the vaccination site.... The line was a mile long....

I was on the line for FIVE Hours....

Finally, I got to the front of the line....
NO Tequila, NO Jack Daniels, I LEFT !!!!!!

 

I'm thinking of a tequila shot after work tonight?!

 

I thought that section of the board was closed....

 

Yep, got my tequila shot not long ago! Time for one more!

 

lol yes I will wait 5 or so years to see the long term effects of that shot before I even consider it....

 

I got my 1st shot. I get the 2nd on March 24th.

 

I got it and my after effects were far worse than having the virus, but it only lasted one day. Could be because I had the virus previously

 

Got both of mine. A little itching where they jabbed me. Was hoping that one of the side effects would be my hair growing back. Didn't happen.

the wife has gotten both shots. she felt crummy for a couple days after the first shot but nothing major. Her work has been tasked with the vaccine rollout and has administered nearly 1000 shots with not a single serious problem. tin foil be damned..

 

Getting it Monday.

 

My Dr. said to wait for the shot three months from the end of my symptoms having had Covid. I will get it in May if available to me in PA. I would not want it or any variant again!

Currently I don't qualify to get it and that is OK with me right now.

 

My point is that NO ONE knows the long term effects of these vaccines yet, it will be many years before we know that information. We also still don’t know how long the vaccine offers protection, one year? Two? We have no idea yet. From what we can tell so far even once vaccinated people can still catch the virus and un-knowingly transfer the virus to others even if they feel no symptoms. This is a is a new type of vaccine, rushed into approval for “emergency use” by the FDA, not to be confused with the regular FDA approval that goes through all the long term testing that were skipped in this situation.

I got my first shot a 10 days ago.
They say the 2nd one gives you the dreaded side effects.

 

My wife got her first one yesterday. I declined the event.

As a healthy, non-diabetic, no high risk factors and having never gotten a flu shot in my life, I'm not currently entertaining the shot. I would have considered the Johnson & Johnson one-shot but it is morally compromised for me since it is made with aborted fetal cell lines.

I'm going to wait for some time to see if the thing develops even more variants and requires more shots.

 

I got my 2 shots,got them via the VA,no side effects at all,just some light pain on the spot where the needle went in,but only when you pressed on it and only for a couple days.At my age.I'll worry about side effects after I'm gone.Bruno.
