You guys found a great list of movies with Buicks... Now... I do not see 'Gone in 60 Seconds' listed... Does that mean, that of the hottest cars to steal, Buick is not one of them??? Or does that mean, that the thieves know better that to steal a Buick???
i saw a movie about Tiger Woods, i think it was made for T.V. Tiger's dad drives a '70-'72 GS convertible, they go looking at a house to buy and there is another GS convertible at the hous next door. i don't remember the name of the movie.
I wonder if Buick was a sponsor of this movie?? I hope not :grin: That would mean that Tiger is really a Buick fan...and so's his dad! Maybe he'll be at the Nationals o No: And maybe Dave Navarro and Sean Penn will be there with their Grand Nationals :TU:
in Mars Attacks, there is a very clean looking yellow Regal that appears a few times. i love that movie :laugh: ... and in Dazed and Confused, one of the best movies ever made, isn't the white four-door (Herschfelder's brothers) a LeSabre? i used to think it was a Cadillac but then after watching it for like the 30th time it suddenly dawned on me. and Joe, that GTO is so bad ass, vinyl top or not. p and it's pretty authentic it has the flat black spoiler that were only made in the Arlington, TX plant. man! the Buick camp gets ripped off yet again.. the car isn't even listed on this "comprehensive" fan site. :af: http://www.dazed-and-confused.net/cars.html
Brian, I just saw that flick on Belgian TV.... :TU: It has John Travolta, Lisa "Phoebe from Friends" Kudrow and Ed "Al Bundy" O'Neil in it. John Travolta trades his Jaguar XJS convertible for a '73 Boattail with very weird looking green paint, and he doesn't like it at all....

In "Water Boy" with adam sandler. At the end, after the wedding, when the dad comes back, he drives back in a 1960 Buick LeSabre Convertible.
In roadhouse Patrick Swayze is driving a 65 riv. car gets beat up though. They are 3 shots of skylarks in Dazed and confused, as mentioned the kid gets paddled ion one, and in the final party scene there is a 4 door (i thinks is a 4 door, might be a 2 door) 70-72 and a 68 or 69 convertible in the background during various scenes.cool movie.

The movie Out For Justice the bad guys were at a hack shop and told one of the guys to wire A GN with a scanner to use. Then they were cruising around in it for a little while. Then they dumped that car and got an I-roc Z.

Seabiscuit the movie, revolved around buicks..(great movie by the way) and i believe there was a boattail in "the last boyscout" with bruce willis.
