I would like to say thank you for all the best wishes. Bobb and myself will be at the hospital for at least 2 - 4 days before we will be able to return home.

His jaw is broken, teeth are missing and the remainder of the teeth are chipped. He broke his left leg, left fore arm. He has several broken ribs. His right leg was cut open and had to have stiches.

I will have very limited access to the computer over the next several days, but wanted to say Thank you to everyone, you are all wonderful people and I am hopeful that he will have a speedy recover.

Oh my god. I wasn't on here yesterday so I am a little late on my prayers to Bobb and family. I am hoping for a speedy recovery buddy. Anything that I can do to help out please ask. This will leave a large void for quite some time, Bobb is a very busy man helping out a lot of people. Bobb, Geof and Amy don't hesitate to contact me if I can help out in any way. Bobb when you feel up to a talk give me a call 231-250-6941. I know you will need some rest for now, take care.

Amen to that, things can always be worse, this could have easily been fatal. I know alot of guys were disappointed on Friday when they couldn't race because the track enforced the NHRA rules and regulations. This is why those rules and regulations exist. Thank G-d, Bobs car, and cage protected his life. Bob, We all wish you a speedy recovery.

I don't know Bobb but I'm glad he's doing OK.

That return road is extremely bumpy at about 100 MPH!

Our family just got home from Cecil as well but we did spend an hour with Bobb and Amy in the hospital today. It will take some time but Bobb will pull through 100%. It will take time and prayers. We did take up a quick collection Saturday at the track and pulled in over $3000 for the Makley family. Even the track owner donate $200. The East Coast Regionals event donated $1500 and the list goes on. I want to thank all of you club members and those of you who arent members for pulling together at this unfortunate accident that happened. We have been there for all and its great to know that people step up in the time of need for those who need it. Every little bit helps and we want to thank you very much even though Friday had its problems we want to make every event good for all ,and unfortunatly it took this to make some of you realize that sometimes pointing the finger at people who don't have control over different situations isn't worth it. We always do the best we can for all of you including ourselves and we mostly do it for the love of Buicks and the friends we have made over the years. We are keeping in touch with Amy and Bobb and as soon as they get home we will let you know where to send donations for those who have asked. We have someone who is already offered to take them to the airport to fly home when that time comes hopefully soon. Thank you to all from John and Nancy and John Jr. . Its been tough for the three of us all weekend but we thank you all.
