Any ideas on how to sell my house to car collectors?

    Well they wouldn't go for $455....stuck at $440....must be Mopar people.

    A .060 over 440 must be close to 455. Seriously, $15k over 15 or 30 years is nil. Don't give it away.

    Sold it for $440....as is. None of the trumped up repairs to be done and leaving 75 tires in silo.
    My bottom line was $455 but I just need it over....2.5 years of stress......
