I like the second one better but either will do.

I hope this is going on the back and maybe a small tri-shield on the front by where a pocket would normally go (but leave out the pocket)

    Now that's the ticket ......

AWESOME job Steve :beers2: THANKS !!!

    Maybe ...

Powered by V8Buick.com on the front pocket area ???

True ... It would be neat if you could use the whole header (tach and all)

Are these shirts in black? White shows the ole "pit stains" after like 4 wearings.

I like the second one alot better than the first. I would say if we can post a large image of it that we can download or save and use Zazzle.com to create our own shirts and have them shipped direct from them.

Steve I think it looks great!!! Thank you, I couldn't have done that.

What I can do is modify the design however you like it (anyone) and then email you the image files. Then you can upload your choice to zazzle.com and pick your own shirt, add your own text, etc... (make a mug...) and do it however you like. I think they often have online coupons, etc... for multiple item purchases too.

The key is that I need the images to do what you ask. At this point, I just used what was provided to me. The racecar pic was taken from this thread and isn't the highest resolution. I think it may still work fine though.

I'll do more this evening. I can also "cartoon" them up a bit by using only 8 color, etc... I honestly don't know what would look the best as a final product though.

I bet that took a lot of extra time and patience to crop around those antenna's.

Anybody else like the idea of the title header for the V8Buick site as the small front logo??

It wasn't that bad, but at the time I was doing it, I was wondering if it would be a big deal if I left them out.

You'll have to get the V8 Buick logo from Jim. But I think you could add it yourself.

For the most part, if you use Zazzle, it will be quite customizeable.

Years ago, I mean years and years ago, I was at a car show with my Dad. Anyhow, he leans over and says that guy over there keeps staring at your car:Brow: So I stop over to see what's he's up to. This is what he was doing:TU: Anyhow, a $5 spot and it's mine.

Wonder if somthing like this would make a good shirt. Just one 68/69 drawing with a logo. That way you can make the car standout. Just an idea:idea2:

Here's another idea - it's a little heavy on tri-shield though. I can do other things with the theme though.

    Gary,
I think I'm ok with your image size now, but if you want me to try and make something up individually of your car - feel free to email me a big one:

At this point I'm just throwing things out there. I don't really know how it will look on a shirt. I'll play around with zazzle to see as they do have "samples" that you can see online.

Ultimately, anyone can have their favorite or I can make changes specifically for you if there's something you don't like or would like. As far as the final uploading and creation/purchasing of the shirt - it's up to you. I'll help if you need it, but I can just send you your choice of file (in large size) via email for you to upload and create your shirt. You don't want to use these images as they're too small for good printing. They're just examples.

Well, I especially like the "bang me" shirt.... yeah:confused:

I don't think the link is working for our purposes. I even searched "Buick".

I still like the original second choice.

    Steve, you've done great work!!!

    Thanks Scotty,

It's tough to test it since I'm the one who created it and am logged in. I don't see a way to link to it other than their "send an email" thing. But I think I may have it figured out in this link:

I've also been using a Rolling Stone Magazine type of a font too. That can be changed also - I just like it lately. I think this link should take you to my file storage online where you can download the image you like and create your own shirt/mug/mouse pad/etc on zazzle. You can put the image on the front, back, or wherever you like.

The zazzle-ready files are .png files (work well with transparent backgrounds). I included a .jpg of the same file name so you'd know what was there. In the file storage space, click on Image Gallery View to see the images (of the jpgs).
