Great news, through a great friend and loyal Buick diehard, Charlie Evans will be doing the play by play for the Reunion. Just like the "good ol days", he will be the official man behind the microphone.

More news coming, I have to keep it spread out to keep everyones attention (and keep people on task in getting their cars completed in time).

Keep it coming everyone , excitement is far from over :TU:

I will plan on making it with my Regal, (it was also raced in the 16 by Jimmy & Drew Schofield in the mid-90's). I think it would be nice if when the cars are displayed, it was also posted on each one what year(s) it competed in the Super 16. Ought to be a good "reunion".............

Sorry for the late response-. Tony yeah you would be surprised what my little 350 can do, it turns some heads. I have some plans for winter projects, hopefully in the Spring/Summer it will be done. I will probably end up going, hopefully my car is done too.

I can't wait to see these cars again! If all these cars listed show up this will be amazing, and a very low qualifying field. which brings me to my point.I would hate to see a car from back in the day not qualify.maybe if you show up and you qualified for Q16 back in the day you're in.Regardless of E.T. If this makes for a 32 car field all the better. Instead of a sportsman ladder maybe the ladder could be based on the qualified cars from back in the day VS racers that came into the scene a little later. see ya in BG!

Good thoughts, with the potential for a lot of cars a 32 car field would make sense.even if a true ladder was used.
