Here in the Midwest...you can buy those with food stamps. Really...you can!!! All of the North Minneapolis Homies drive around in rusty, beat-to s**t vehicles and can't pay their child support or rent. But they got those rusty buckets 3 feet in the air with those wheels. They look rediculous.
Definitely not a fan of ridiculously over-sized wheels; stock or only a touch bigger. Big wheels remind me of ridiculous hoodlums, every time I see big wheels I think someone's going to hop out of the car and their pants will be hanging off, underwear showing, etc. The images posted don't help the cars much, the cars are probably screaming in pain for their old stock wheels. Poor cars.
Small stick, big wheels? Inferiority complex gone nuts. Looks dumb. And if you consider where the money could be better spent, even dumber.
Just my opinion...Why go with the"Godzilla Rims" when you could go with Abrams M1 Tank Treads or... maybe Sea Plane Pontoons...or Lunar Module Landing Skids or Rollerblade casters or...? Eric :3gears:
Increased rim size at the factory means fender openings will fit the tire/rim combination. When the overall radius of the wheel/tire is larger than the fender opening, the symmetry is all lost .
I have never seen a stupid looking car......Those shriner's sometimes look funny riding in them. If you're in Rome........
Those tires would never make it one week on my streets. I can't imagine the road rash and ride of it. How is it? I just ordered these today: 18s ans 20s one inch rake to the front-like a boss!!!!:kodak: ---------- Post added at 09:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:43 PM ---------- I should have held out for any of these: This tag says it's "stupid modern rims". I think it's bad-ass. ---------- Post added at 09:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:45 PM ---------- Too bad I have a Riv. This look is the shiz-nit!!!
Pop I've seen those wheels on a variety of big cars and truck and I think those are a great choice! Way to go!
