Another picture. This one is the previous "street/strip" setup. Ran 10.90's with this engine.

    Steve,

Great looking engine bay! I was noticing your nice brake booster, could you tell me where I can get one like it? It looks as though it is the correct type. At least I think it looks right. I may be needing one in the future. Thanks.

    Regards, John.

I was thinking about selling the Skylark and not letting it sit another winter in the garage but with the way the market is I will probably be better off holding on to it. Especially when spring comes and it awakens :3gears:

    Thanks John,
The booster was done by a gentleman that I met at the Iola car show several years ago. I'll try to find his contact info this weekend and get back to you with it.

    Thanks, Steve

Hey Mike C, are you the one that made your own bracket to mount the AC compressor (Vintage Air or Hot Rod Air?) I wish there was a ready made bracket out there. How about some pic's of the completed brack and A/C mount?

    Thanks

Mike used a Quick Fuel 830. He tried both the 830 and the 850 but liked the 830 better. It is bigger in size than 850 (go figure?) He was leaning out the low end as he had some fouling problems.

I can hardly wait to get this thing in !!
