    NAME:

George W. Bush The White House, USA

    Past Work Experience:

I ran for U.S. Congress and lost.

    I produced a Hollywood slasher B movie.

I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas; the company

went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock.

I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took

    land using taxpayer money.

With my father's help and name, I was elected Governor of Texas.

    Accomplishments as Governor

I changed pollution laws to favor the power and oil companies which

resulted in Texas becoming the most polluted state in the Union.

I cut taxes and bankrupted Texas government to the tune of billions in

    borrowed money.

I executed more criminals than any Governor in American history.

I became U.S. President after losing the popular vote by over 500,000 votes

with the help of Enron money and my father's appointments to the Supreme

    Court.

    Accomplishments as President

I am the first president in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal

    record.

I spent the U.S. surplus and broke the record for the largest annual

    deficit in U.S. history.

I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty

benefits for active duty troops and their families -- in war time.

I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies and foreclosures

    filed in any 12-month period.

I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S.

    stock market.

I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one year period.

After taking-off the entire month of August, I then presided over the worst

    security failure in U.S. history.

I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. president.

In my first year in office over 2-million Americans lost their jobs and

    that trend continues every month.

I appointed more convicted criminals to administration than any president

    in U.S. history.

I set the record for least amount of press conferences than any president

    since the advent of television.

I signed more laws and executive orders effectively amending or ignoring

the Constitution than any president in history.

I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. history and refused to

intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed.

I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history and refused to

use national reserves as past presidents have done.

I set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously

protest a political figure in public venues (15 million people).

I've dissolved more international treaties than any president in U.S.

    history.

I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any

administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza Rice,

has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.

I am the first president in U.S. history to have almost all 50 states of

the Union simultaneously suffer massive financial crisis.

I presided over the biggest corporate stock market fraud of any market in

    any country in history.

I am the first president in U.S. history to order a pre-emptive attack and

the military occupation of a sovereign nation, and I did so against the

will of the United Nations and the world community.

I set the all-time record for biggest annual budget spending increases,

more than any president in history.

I am the first president in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove

the U.S. from the Human Rights Commission.

I am the first president in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove

the U.S. from the Elections Monitoring Board.

I rendered the entire United Nations viewpoints irrelevant.

I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of Law.

I have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention by refusing to allow

inspectors access to U.S. "prisoners of war" (detainees).

I am the first president in history to refuse United Nations election

inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. election).

I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most

    corporate campaign donations.

My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends,

(Kenneth Lay, former CEO of Enron Corporation) presided over the largest

corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. history.

My political party used the Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to

assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision.

I have spent more money on polls and focus groups than any president in

    U.S. history.

I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center

attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most resented country

    in the world.

I am first president in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view

my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security.

I am the first U.S. president in history to have the people of South Korea

more threatened by the U.S. than by their immediate neighbor, North Korea.

I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded

    government contracts.

I set an all-time record for the number of administration appointees who

violated U.S. law by not selling their huge personal investments in

    corporations bidding for U.S. contracts.

I failed to fulfill my pledge to capture Osama Bin Laden, dead or alive.

I failed to capture the anthrax killer who tried to murder the leaders of

our country at the U.S. Capitol Building. Even after 18 months I have no

    leads and no credible suspects.

In the past 18 months following the World Trade Center attack I have

successfully prevented any public investigation into the biggest security

failure in the history of the United States.

I removed more freedoms and civil liberties for Americans than any

    president in U.S. history.

In a little over two years, I created the most divided country in decades,

possibly the most divided since the Civil War.

I entered my office with the strongest economy in U.S. history and have

turned every single economic category downward -- all in less than two

    years.

    Records and References:

I was AWOL from the National Guard.

I have at least one conviction for drunk driving in Maine.

My Texas driving record has been erased and is not available.

I refuse to take a drug test or even answer any questions about drug use.

All records of my tenure as Governor of Texas are now in my father's

library, sealed, and unavailable for public view.

All records of SEC investigations into insider trading or bankrupt

companies are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public view.

All records or minutes from meetings that I, or my Vice-President, attended

regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for

    public review.

Please consider my experience when voting in 2004.

Send this to every voter you know.

I thought this was supposed to be humor....

Don't forget the other felonious activities our President has been involved in.

Just one correction. Clinton was the first felon to hold the office of the President. He became a felon for failing to report for his duty at the university of Arkansas ROTC in Sept. of 1969. He was later pardoned by Carter, but his criminal record is clearly intact. This is from the F.O.I.A.

I wish we could enjoy this BUICK forum without having to see these political rants from "cyber hell" posted every couple of weeks. If you want to post things like that study your facts and get it right, otherwise leave it on the BS site you found it on. Stop trying to ruin this great forum with unenlightened crap like that. It's not humor, it's slander and it makes this board look like a group of fools.
I would like to see the V8 Buick management consider banning threads of a political nature because nothing good comes from them regardless of what side of the political fence they come from. If not a ban then maybe a folder away from the mainstream of the rest of the V8 Buick board. This stuff is like the spam I delete from my email. It should be deleted from here too!

I also agree with Mr. Nelson's comments. This is certainly not the place for this kind of garbage. "Stick it" somewhere else.

I think the title says it all, Political Humor. Duh, don't look if you don't want to see something potentially upsetting.

More disturbing than humorous in my opinion.

The Bengals are 1-3 and have been solid in every game except Denver. I think they've got a real shot at Buffalo this weekend. Anyone else??

I just find it interesting that when someone mocks President Bush, his supporters all say "this forum is no place for politics."

But if something crops up saying Clinton, Hillary, Gore, or some other Democrat is an idiot, the same complainers say "right on, brother", "you tell em!" etc, etc. etc.

Easy solution is, if you don't want to read the politcal stuff, DON'T READ THE THREAD. Frankly, there's some religious stuff on here that I find rather heavy. And y'know, I personally don't find it very Buick related either, but hey, I don't complain. I simply DONT READ THE THREAD.

(Note: I'm a good church-going Catholic boy (who managed to steer clear of the overly friendly priests) so I aint talking down about God, religion, or anyone's personal beliefs -- I'm just noting some inconsistencies in people's stances on the Buick-related or appropriateness issue.)

Actually, what people should be noting is that THIS SAME BUSH BASHING THREAD WAS ALREADY POSTED:rolleyes: , or at least it was something durn gurn similar. Yeesh.

Maybe if Cory Dillon would quite beaver achin' and run with the ball. I used to play ball with Kitna (don't too much care for him) in college. I've got Chad Johnson on my Fantasy team this year and his numbers are looking good. Denver looking real tough this year.

    Gentlemen --

This thread is about politics. There is no place for sports in this thread. Please limit yourself to on-topic discussions.

Then again, I'm a Fins season ticket holder myself. I think the Bills will bounce back, especially at home. I don't think they're playing badly or that they're bad -- they've just played a couple teams that were better and it showed. And how many good games in a row does Kitna have in him?:puzzled:

    Bills in a romp.

Still hope the Bills lose -- last weekend was sweet with the Bills, the Pats, and the Jets all losing. Boy did I love that.

  15. ...and how 'bout those VIKES! Even with cast-off Gus F. at the helm, they smoked the niners.

Even calling it "humor", what bugs me is all the info that is very inaccurate, especially each line starting with "I". No President is solely responsible for much of what happens in the U.S. during their term in office. They're just an easy target for political commentary.

Culpepper probably won't see action til week 7 though, Damn It!

Yeah, I thought the Vikes were supposed to be weak this year. Wassup? Like we used to say in Washington D.C., "In Gus we trust."

Maybe Rush Limbaugh can come out and say that dante Culpepper is over-rated too. Don't these commentators ever learn?

And as a fairly liberal democrat, yeah, the text post really isn't that funny. Not necessarily 100% accurate either, but hey, that's politics for ya. But the stuff that is true is still kinda damning if you think about it.

And the W coke poster -- now that's funny. Plus it does show the kind of double standard our society likes to apply. Boy do we love to incarcerate people. No money for prevention or counseling to try to stop the problem,, but plenty for new jails to jail people we could have tried to help.

    Steve,
So, being a political thread with no room for sports, would the issue with Couch not starting for the Browns fit here?

Nailed that one on the head!

    "Decriminalize Morality"

  20. They finally did something about their formerly weak secondary. Makes a huge difference when the opposing QB can drop and throw to any of 3 open receivers, as opposed to having to search to find someone open. Lets the D line get closer to the QB, forcing rushed passes, throw-aways, sacks, and INT's.

The offense has not been a problem. Even with Michael Bennett out, the #2 and 3 backs have done a great job rushing, and picking up blitzes. Did you see what Mo Williams did to Brian Erhlacher?

I think Culpepper should sit this week too, then they have a bye week. That would give him about a month of healing time for the 3 broken bones in his back, suffered by a hit WAY into the end zone, when he ran one in... :spank:

But I digress, wasn't this about politics?
