  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

Have the new blocks hit the market yet? Curios to see some pics of machined blocks and comments.

I know of only 2 that have sold, I have seen one of them on the dyno making some nice early tune numbers, definately showing good potential. The other is getting some out of the ordinary machine work done and should be a nice peice when done. Jim Burek has an aluminum block, not sure how that is coming along. It would be nice if this would progress a bit quicker, small market big project, hope it all turns out well in the end. Now lets all be decent here and keep the flames to a minimum. I am not involved in this project myself just hoping for the best for everyone that is.

You know.....I still do not understand why the mains are only set-up with standard 4-bolt instead of the much stronger splayed 4-bolt caps...at the VERY least the center 3 should be!?!?! Can anyone comment on why Dick ommited (or overlooked) this improvement?:Do No:

BTW...I can't wait to see TA's "TOMAHAWK" block with 6-bolt caps!:TU: Hopefully my health continues to improve (as it definately has been!) and I can manage to save a few coins here and there for this block.:)

    northcorner Guess what I'm thinking..

Thank you Larry and Bobb!! Any and all information without all the complaining, and flaming is very much needed and appreciated! The side-liners, like myself, can't get enough information on this block without wading through a mud hole of anti-information associated with most of the other posts on this subject. Any more information is greatly appreciated and needed, as far as a future block buyer like myself is concerned. Also, thanks to all the guys for spending the money to pave the way for the procrastinators like me. :beer
