Jimmy - it’s the “slow season “ for me with work, so I’ve got plenty of time. Sounds like Saturday would be good for you?

Ok, Jimmy. Sometime this week, send me your info, and we can iron out a time. Also, I’m thinking about bringing a timing light and vacuum gauge. If there’s anything else, let me know. I don’t have a dwell meter - I ditched the points.

With starting fluid it should start and run a few seconds even if the carb is dry...I'm not seeing that in the videos. Are you giving it a good squirt for maybe 2 seconds and then immediately cranking it?

I didn’t do it in the video but I have tried before. I’ll do it a couple times with starting fluid

Hey Jim, there is an outside chance, actually a very slim one, but I have seen it before. Take the cap off and try to turn the rotor. It should move an inch or so with the mechanical advance, but no more. Years ago, one of the guys in my club had a distributor that had a broken weld and the rotor mounting would turn altering the timing. His car would break up at the top of the track. It was a problem until he found it, which took a while. Like I said, it's really unlikely, but it would only take a moment to check.

Rotor is good. Only moves slightly then goes back as soon as I let it go

Your within mm's. Little prime, steady hand on the distributor and a fresh battery and it will start.

I did both of your suggestions and when I pumped the gas I felt like she started for about 2 seconds!

Can you run the throttle from under the hood while mostly turning the dist?

Yes I turned the front screws in until I felt some resistance like I was possibly forcing it. Then backed up about 2.5 turns then I backed up the idle screw all the way and once it pump some force on the throttle I turned it two more times

As in have someone crank while I messed with the throttle and turn?

Yes. Sometimes it needs gas. Have you poured gas into the carb directly?

So I did the pumping of the pedal and it seemed to want to start for sure or maybe even started for about 3 seconds after I put my foot to the floor. Unfortunately that’s about all the time I have for it today. It definitely has progressed tho from any other day. Tomorrow I will fill up a bottle or something with fuel. Also I have removed my plug wires and plugs to let it air out a bit. My plugs again were soaked. Since I have them out I’m gonna stop by the shop and see if they can warranty them out for me just to eliminate that and have fresh plugs. Thank you all again for your time and advice!
