Doc you are more than welcome to cook at the track. We will have plenty of space in the trailer for food storage also

Max Damage I'm working on it!

I cook 6 nights a week, so I am somewhat bored to tears with it and wish you were here cooking for me.

I will try to take more photos... Although it will be somewhat repetitive and boring (ha).

    Doc,

My go-to for thighs is to brine the meat.
Coat with McCormick Applewood seasoning and Dave's salt.
    Grill and enjoy!

Hamburger steaks topped in your favorite cheese, avocado, tomato, mustard and sautéed egg.

Dave, I imagine you’ll have copious amounts of your salt on hand correct?

if somebody has a fryer can we work on some kind of fries whether they be sweet potato or other, that salt would be the perfect addition.

I was thinking the hot salt, the same one you sent to me. Hoping we can do something with that for the guys who like a little heat

Darren and anyone else look for this trailer. We will have our grill and plenty of space for more grills and food we have plenty of room in the trailer as I'm bringing the skinny car:D. Screenshot_20210331-214724_Gallery.jpg
