I use the cup on top of my martini shaker as my measurement. One and a half parts Citron vodka, three-quarter part sweetened lime juice, three-quarter part triplesec, three-quarter part cranberry juice.

After too many years in the collision industry..... I found these were great for accurate measurements :D also I have them in Gallon size  sometimes you just need a bigger drink. Just add straw for category 5:):D 20210710_202949.jpg 20210710_203004.jpg

We thought we were going to have a cat 1 storm this week here on the West Coast of Florida but, fortunately it remained a tropical storm. Therefore I’m keeping this to the minimum!

Bring the “slaw” and beans. I only do mammals, fish, foul, or liquor…

We ordered out Mexican tonight… But I did celebrate it with a nice tequila sunrise.

Tequila sunrise is supposed to be made with Blanco tequila but I didn’t have any. So I used this reasonable reposado.
    2 parts tequila
    4 parts orange juice
    1/4 part cherry juice
Shake orange juice and tequila together in martini shaker.
option: sea salt rim of the glass
Add clean ice to a glass
Add cherry juice into the glass first
Slowly pour in tequila/orange juice mixture.
    Add orange slice garnish
    Voilà!

Every single one of us can use this as part of our Keto eating plan. There’s not many American males who don’t need to lose some belly fat!

Fred I’ve never done poppers but I think you’re off to a running start. Maybe batter/deep fry would work? I’ll have to look into whether or not you can do them in an air fryer.

by the way, looks like we share the same tastes in countertops!

I tried covering and cooking in the grill raised from the heat but probably cooked to long. Filling melted and ran out and peppers wilted. Try again next weekend
