2 racks=18lbs. 7 hrs of smoke, then 1hr sauced and grilled. I know it’s cheating a bit, but family likes the way exterior gets carmelized. D39DE134-BAE4-41B9-AA82-0FD088866C80.jpeg

So guys, it’s Father’s Day weekend! I’m getting started with this. It’s the original bonefish restaurant raspberry martini recipe.

simplified it goes like this, three, two, one, splash.

3 parts raspberry vodka, 2 parts razzmatazz, 1 part sour mix (I recommend daily’s), shake 20 times with ice in your martini shaker. Pour into your favorite up-glass and splash in 7-Up, add fresh raspberries, a lime squeeze or lime wheel is always a great addition! I was out all day working in the blistering 90° + heat here in Florida and this came to my mind. It is the perfect drink for a hot summer day!

Over here on the East Coast of Florida we beat the heat yesterday, sitting on the beach throwing down a little, (errr, maybe a lot), of Tito's and Lemonade, and splashed in a few of these magical things...

Steak is good but I make a mixture for the top of it with mushrooms, onion, garlic cloves, balsamic vinegar, and spices that make it perfect.
