>>Thanks for keeping us posted Mike. I'm trying to save up more money as I just bought the new LED tail lights made available and would like to buy these aluminum pulleys as well.
Yep I put my order in for the led tails as well...got everything shipped to door for 267 tails..2 electronic flashers, led dome light, 2 led reverse lights and 2 pair of sidemarker leds(amber)
update I've ordered the larger material but am still waiting for it to get in from the supplier. I'm also in the process of making a new cutter since the pulleys I've been making are serpentine than these will be V-groove. They're a similar profile but much larger. I should start cutting material within a few days and will let you know how it's going. Thanks, Nathan Herbst www.smoothflowpulleys.com sales@smoothflowpulleys.com

I have talked to his voice mail too, what the heck is going on with this guy? I am starting to get worried that I may have lost my original pulleys, its getting close to the limited driving season here. Poor communication always makes me wonder
This has not been typical of my past dealings with Nate. I'll try to get hold of him also. He's not one to run off with anyone's parts, old Buicks aren't his thing, but I understand the problem of not having your parts back.
Pm sent David and Mike. I don't mind this cutting into the season a bit, it's the lack of returning any emails or voice mail messages. I can understand if the guy had some sort of emergency, but when I sent the pulleys in, I had a note tagged to the pulleys to just please inform me via email that the pulleys had been recieved......... Nothing.
Nate has responded to my email, and apologizes for the delay. States that he will make a concerted effort during the next week to confirm that he will be able to make these with his equipment. Mike, I've asked Nate to reply directly to you, as I am not involved in this project at all at this point. Please let me know when you hear from him.
So June 16 is fast approaching, I can't be without pulleys much longer.with the show on the 16 th I still have some small things to tie up but the pulleys are a major part of the puzzle. I will run the steel pulleys for the show if I could get them back.......after almost four months of zero progress, I think I just want my parts back. I understand things take time, but my limit has been reached. I sent an email to nate requesting my parts back but again have not heard a single thing from him. Any help to light a fire under his rump to get my stuff back to me would be much appreciated.
I am talking with someone I know through a mutual friend. This guy is a cnc operator for a company that makes parts for agricultural tractors and implements. We are discussing having something done in his off time to keep costs lower. This will be slated to begin the end of oct. as that is the end of our driving season. We are negotiating set up costs for this project, but can't get any real set in stone figures untill I get the pulleys in his hands.
