    GSX/Conv.

The GSX is listed in the Registry that Mark Macoubrie keeps up. One of thirteen Apollo white, stage 1, 4 speeds listed. Ron Bartel is what I would guess from his Ebay user name. I'm not sure if he's a member on the board. Both look like very nice cars and very rare.

I suspect the reserve is 150K or better.

Whats your guess Jim on each car individually? Patrick

The top end of the market has been spooked by the gas price crunch. So in the absence of two or more big hitters waiting in the wings looking for just such an X, I would say 150K or thereabouts. Buicks like this have never brought top dollar on ebay or Barrett-Jackson for that matter. This is the first nice 70 stage 1, 4 speed X I remember so there is a little new ground to be broken. But if it is not a fresh frame off you are talking another 50-70K to get it that way after purchase.

Agreed! Ebay has never been a good barometer for high end muscle cars. Buick or not!

    Ok, I'll bite.....

Why sell as a pair instead of indiviually (especially if you want the most money)? :Do No:

Maybe you are just feeling out the market, and don't really want to sell???

If that's the case. Why not put a 500k reserve on each car and run the auctions individually? Wouldn't that give you a better idea on each car? Patrick

Yeah, but then you have to pay for two auctions...........
