Never thought about that. David, if you end up shipping it put it in a box 16 x 18 and 7 inches tall. They never expect it. "ow....my back." ou:
You could carve a name into each one of them and plant them in the back yard right before you move the next time. Although you won't be around to see the look on the new owners/renters faces.
Alan, if you are seriously interested in doing this, one of the slabs is now available again. Shipping UPS to PA was going to be around $50. It weighs 91 lbs... I might even contribute to the "present" by eating a bit of the UPS fees. :Brow:
Well, everyone has lots of great ideas, but my idea is to get rid of them, at this point. One is already on its way to IA, but I still have the other one. Anyone want one for shipping cost? Keep in mind, it weighs 91 lbs... ND to PA would have been about $50.
Dave I will take them! My brother has granite rock landscaping and will use them as stepping stones. I can pick them up Friday if you want to give them away. Thanks
Ed, there's only 1 left, but it's totally free, exactly what I paid for it. I'll bring it back home from work again, feel free to stop by Friday after 5:30 or on the weekend, we should be around. In case no one is home, I'll just have it propped up in between the garage and the house. Don't hurt your back picking it up... :eek2: Thanks bud!
SOLD and at a great price! Thanks Dave! I thought you had to be out by the 18th! Cutting it close. Did you get the roof completed? Hauled the 64 out to have floors and trunk put in today. Here is a picture.
Marsh Auto in Audoban I stopped by one day going to the lake when I saw classic cars outside. Here it is before going on the trailer!
