Here’s my current bee from 1980. It was a 48,000 mile survivor when I bought it in 93. The show pic is from the very first show I took it to in 93

Bought my ‘71 Stage 1 and my ‘69 SS396 Chevelle in 1986, it was a good decade! Both are in my avatar.

1980’s all the way. Graduated in 1984. I see several of you talking about cheap muscle cars in the 80’s. Where I am from, central Illinois, by the early 80’s all the old muscle cars were either rusted to dust or ran into the ground. At my high school we were driving 73-77 GM intermediates. They were cheap and hadn’t totally rusted away yet. I had a 73 Century. Wish I still had it, even though it was a rusted hulk by the mid 80’s.

1980s for me too. I grew up in the 70s and 80s. I bought my 66' Buick in 1987 and still have it. I still listen to 80's music and I restored 80s stuff from my youth. I have an 88' Honda CR250 that I did a full restoration on as I used to ride and race one back in the day. I also have three 80s Kuwahara BMX bikes. Two that I am restoring and one I have my 11 YO daughter riding until I get the others finished then I will restore that one. She loves the 80s music as well so I guess I have influenced her too. Good times. 80s stuff brings back good memories so that is why I reminisce. This is a current picture of my Buick and the Honda I restored I don't seem to have any pictures of the BMXs right now though.

    The SUPERTUNER!
I remember seeing those on display in audio and retail stores like BEST stores and Strattford
Always thought the tuner dial was cool, like a gauge for a car.

    I do the same!
    Brings back good feelings:cool:
