Man or Woman, I had no choice. You know what they say, necessity is the mother, umm... of invention. Ya, that's it.

I'm a big Rocky Horror fan. We had a group that would go nearly every weekend. Tom was regular. I had a tech drawing (drafting) class with his fraternal twin sister Patty, who didn't go as often.
On occasion Tom would dress as Riff Raff. Patty never dressed up, but would have made an excellent Magenta... and that was a bit weird.

I never dressed up as a main character, but would go as a Transylvanian - tux, party hat, noise makers, etc.

Well Truzi the above is no help at all. No accident I'm sure...lol I went to college in NJ in the late 80's and Rocky Horror was a big thing but I commuted to school, didn't live on campus and never saw it and don't know a thing about it. Well a couple of years ago I learned that Susan Sarandon was in it. I like her ;) I could research it but I'm pretty sure it will be more circumstantial evidence.

Sadly we never had Rocky Horror on campus. We usually caught it during the summer or on breaks when we were back home.
Actually, we had it on campus only once and it sucked. People came just to be rowdy, only knowing it's reputation. So it wasn't as much fun as with a crowd that knows what is going on and genuinly likes the movie.

I've not seen it in years, but understand Coventry, near Cleveland, still shows it regularly.

iirc, the Transylvanian's were the bi-sexual transvestite transexuals.

frankly, Truzi may have just told us WAY more than we wanted to know.:error::eek2:

Frankly... I'm at the point now that... Truzi could actually come out and tell what S/he/It really is, and I STILL wouldn't believe what S/he/It said:pp

Truzi... whatever you are... I'm sure you'd make an EXCELLENT Politician:laugh:

I agree Jeff but there's no need to overlook the obvious. A girl's neck doesn't have the lumps you see in that pic I posted and I really doubt Truzi added them.
It was fun trying to solve this mystery, but now I can see that it's not going to happen. I'm fine with that. However, if I was a betting man I'd put a few bucks on the line just for fun.

Betting man for sure.. I'd lay some cash down too.

I agree... Evidence points to a "Y" chromosome.

BUT... with the miracles of modern day science and plastic surgery... That lump.. (although natural), CAN infact, be on a "Female" (so to speak).:eek2: :eek2:

Great... NOW we have to get into a discussion on how to "Define" a "Woman"... THANKS ALOT TRUZI!!!!... You see what your antics have started.

BUT.. being a broke grad student, stuck on the moon(darkside?? )... I doubt "He'd" been able to get that kind of "treatment".

Politician? Ouch... what did I ever do to you? :)

Yep, they were all From the planet Transsexual, in galaxy Transylvania, and seemed to be sexually uninhibited... but Frank was a transvestite in our understanding of the word (or perhaps a mere cross-dressing bisexual).
Transsexual was a "land of night," - hmm, does that mean it's a Dark City?

However, Columbia, Brad, Janet, Rocky, Eddie, and Dr. Scott (and technically Rocky, having half of Eddie's brain) were Earthlings. Wow, I think I watched that movie a few too many times - I know it backwards, forwards, diagonally, in my sleep...

So, either I'm a guy with 2 adam's apples, a girl with 2 adam's apples, or the picture suffers artifacts from all the messing around I did with it.

Seriously, though, when I'm online I try to keep personal information off the net, as it is safer that way.
I try to refrain from stating my age, gender, race, spirituality, sexuality, location, etc. (I cringe when I see someone post their phone number in a forum.) The "mystery" of my gender on this board has just become a fun side-effect.

Also, I think it says something that I have let my guard down a bit on this BBS - there is a real community feel. So things I have posted over the years may have betrayed some of my "personal" information, but never by accident.

In real life I'm anything but private... but it's much easier to manage your exposure in the real world than on the net.

sorry, i "missed" the trannies ( thank god ) in Dark City. that was actually an interesting movie until the third act. and Jennifer Connolly. Jennifer's always good. :TU:

how about just knock and ask for Truzi? The other way might only get you a ticket :Do No: Ohhh and don't drive the Buick, that would be a dead giveaway...

    Results in the morning? lol

    Awe, that would be cheating.

Cool, Bob, I was wondering if anyone would get the Dark City reference. Ever see Shock Treatment?

Truzi and I pm'd once, about something, that I don't remember, but she is a very intelligent, well-versed, broke grad student. No guessing, she is a woman, and quite a woman at that. I understand not giving out personal information though- too dangerous in todays world...as for the music posters and what not, I'm putting her between 34 and 38, and a gemini. don't ask why, only her and I know (this ought to stir some stuff up...yeah!!)

All obligation and no amusement makes Truzi a dreary individual

Well, my 2 cents (might be even less as I'm still rather new to the board) is that Truzi is indeed a lady.

The pic, although messed up, is clearly of a girl and I've known several girls who are hard core metal fans. Changing a starter is less typical of a girl but I know a few girls who'd do that if they have to as well.

As for the age - the dorm room seems to be taken straight out of the 70's (although I'm not very well versed with american design so that could mean nothing) but the Ozzy poster is for an album from 88.

Now, here's where my lack of knowledge about american culture fails me as I have no idea at what age you are "supposed" to be in order to live in a dorm, which means that I really can't use the dorm room reference when guessing.

Still, if we assume that the Ozzy poster was bought the same year the album came out it was 19 years ago. I'd wager that you need to be at least 13-14 in order to like Ozzy which gives us an age of 13 +19 => 32+.

So my guess is that Truzi is a girl that's at least 32 years old.

Now I gotta get back to work. :)

    Ever see Shock Treatment?

not only have i never seen it, i don't remember ever hearing of it before. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083067/

as i'm someone who isn't really into RHPS, that shouldn't be a surprise.

as I have no idea at what age you are "supposed" to be in order to live in a dorm

Americans don't normally send their young children away to live at school. the typical first opportunity to live in a dorm is as a freshman in college.

don't ask why, only her and I know (this ought to stir some stuff up...yeah!!)

if you really are a real "Friend of Truzi" (and i'm not even certain i'd go that far :moonu: ), muddying the waters about what he/she/it actually is, IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU'D DO.

"what's that? they're zeroing in on the consensus that Truzi might be a guy? better chum the waters." :blast:
    :spank:

i suppose this makes me paranoid. :Dou:

I had the car out today and thought about a drive by but I didn't have the time.

If were talking in the early to mid 30's for age I would think I would know who Truzi is since I always hung out in that area of town and I know that Buick has been there a long time. Hmmm I gonna have to check with my Buddy's that lived over and see what they can remember.

Most of my friends, both male and female, were really into metal.

As for the girl votes, based on the picture... what about the Adam's apples? The skulls? LOL.

Oh, I attended Elyria Catholic HS, so people would have a better shot learning something there. I didn't really hang out much in Ridgeville - my friends and I would cruise to Elyria or North Olmsted (actually, there still isn't anything to do in this town on a Friday night... though there still are a few sleepy cows... :) ).

Yes, it was my fresh* year of college. I'm not sure when the dorm was built, though. It was a coed dorm (by floor).

Bob, if you aren't really a Rocky Horror fan you'd probably not like Shock Treatment... I'm not even sure I do. It's okay, but not as good, and the plot is stupid (and that's compared to RHPC). The music is a much more mature effort, but lacks the life and energy.
