Hey Chris, always happy to share my pictures. Gotta show off to someone. Don't know how to post a picture directly to this message, so if it doesn't work, go to my photos and find my Skylark. Let me know what you think.

Sorry for the slow reply- I've not been on the site for some days. I, too, am in Houston. GSCA member and going to the Houston Buick Club gathering tomorrow(not yet a member). Haven't joined BPG yet either. '70 GS 455 (462, STG 1 & 7/8's). I'm up for just about anything to do with these old beasts

    !

Starts Sat. at 11:00 and will run untill about 3:00. Chili cookoff and pot luck lunch- can bring something if you like. It's at Conley Racing, 1443A Aldine Bender 77032. A map is on their website (conleyracing.com/directions.htm). The club is looking to expand membership and this is their first deal this year. This is my first event with the group. If you come, stop by and say Hi- mine is a black on top of white '70 GS 455 w/centerlines all 'round. Conley has a bad boy Buick/Camaro that I want to see- 6's at 212. Hope to see ya. Jack

    Hi, Wayne,

I do not know if you remeber me. My brother in law bought an azure blue 70 stage 1 form your brother. Then I bought it from him when he bought a GN. I still have the the stage 1. I won't be able to make out to conleys do to one of my kids is sick. Maybe us Houston guys can get together again sometime.

Looking forward to hearing from You.

Well Phil you missed some very good chili and good meeting.

We had about 30 cars their with about 5 or 6 of them being from 65 (Steve Campbell's) to 70's stage GS's all very good looking cars.

Even with the cloudy and cold wind blowing with a few sprinkles the turn out was good but inside Conley's it was nice and warm with lots of fokes bench racing and enjoying the Chili.

I brought up the possiblity of your event and the racers are always intrested. Just waiting for a date.

I think the next meeting is at Century Trans (Mike Kurtz) on the 10th of next month.

    Take Care

I'll bet October would be a nice month weather wise. It won't be real hot then.

David N., Looks as if my family and I are going to try and make the Dallas meeting. Can you give me the time and date and directions (laymans directions) for the meeting. Also I will need a contact person so if the roads confuse my car so I can call someone. PM me with all the info. thanks
