Some people.....the "Ignore" function

This is my favorite pic from the eBay ad. The guy obviously has a dope crib, and the car apparently is able to be channeled, stretched, and widened with the flick of a switch.

 

I like the photoshop. Nice touch, really believable.

 

The shadows are very realistic.

 

I'm glad it's worked out for you as well as me Lucas! It's not a matter of being "thin skinned" or anything else. It's when some members constantly posts crap you don't have any desire to read, or you've already seen their "opinions" on this GS enough to k ow their input carries zero weight with you, you can remove it from the equation and not risk a weak moment where you reply setting off a bickering session. Makes the board that much more enjoyable! As Taulb pointed out, I come here to check out of all the noise sometimes and enjoy all things Buick, or just light hearted off-topics. I don't want a turd in my punch bowl screwing that up.

Lucas, just took your advice & used the ignore feature in a different thread. Thanks for reminding me about that feature! It was rather amusing to revisit the thread after using ignore!

 

or God forbid you post a picture of a pretty girl......"that is someone's daughter"......lol. I know where the ignore button is.

Thanks for telling everyone about the 'Ignore' feature, Lucas. Now I feel so alone.

 

Just read the POTUS thread that got locked and I will be adding two people to my ignore list. Tired of hearing them and sick of them getting threads closed.

 

We'll always have each other, Jerry....I know you've got a wicked Fairmont hiding.

 

I dunno -- I prefer to manually ignore people by skipping what they write.

What happens if you ignore soemone for their inappropriate posts and miss out on their NOS sandlewood sport wheel or whatnot?

 

I probably don't want to buy from them....

If I dislike someone's online personna enough to "ignore list" them, there's no way I'm doing any sort of business with them anyway.

 

What is sad is you make posts that you think are fine, but if someone has a differing opinion than yours and call you on it, you block them. You don't see me crying and blocking people if they don't agree with me. Is there really any difference between you making a post which is an opinion or someone calling you out on it. Grow a pair. Sad thing about someone blocking you is you can still see their dribble that they post. Let's face it, had I made a post about going to see Hillary Clinton or someone similar you all that are crying right now would be all down my throat about post a political thread. You can't can't have it both ways. You must live lonely lives if you block everyone that disagrees with you, do you block your wives since they don't agree with you most of the time LOL? I find Lucas's obsession with me interesting. He has said how many times now over the last few months that he ignores me but yet he seems to always be following what I do. Seems like some sort of stalker, or maybe he is keen on me. I will agree with Lucasy about one thing, he made mention of probably not wanting to buy something from a particular member if he didn't like them, I am right there with him on that.

 

Don't worry Lucas I'm here for the DURATION!!!
