Funny, because I could have sworn someone warned you all... It's really fun when you wait that long or longer for the parts you already paid for that were supposedly shipped a week after payment... A quick update. The 2x4 tooling needed some unexpected attention and working a full time job made that a slow process but it is done and the production of those is sorted once again. I am very aware of the problems we had in the past with getting things out in a timely manner and that is why I took two years off. it is also why I am making it quite clear that this is a sideline project. A hobby if you will. I can also say that there is very often 2 sides to any conversation and due to liability concerns I often said nothing about any customer even if they where wrong. Not the case anymore. if you don't want to deal with me or don't like me. Then go elsewhere. it won't hurt my feelings. I am doing this because I was asked to and nobody else cares to. Not because I have to. Now that the nasty stuff is out of the way, I have some time coming up to get back on the single 4 intake so I will update with a new thread with pics and info. soon. Hope the summer was good for everyone.
I know it's very early days, but would you have a ball park figure on what one of these will cost ? The main reason is that the Aussie dollar is sinking like a lame battleship and if I want one will have to make some decisions eg. save $$ or not I have bought an iron manifold (2) to replace the missing one from my basketcase engine. I would like to plan whether to do any work to them or not. You can PM me in confidence if you don't want to put it out there or commit to any figure here. Thanks.
